I ordered the shoes in my usual size, in extra wide. I have very wide feet and sometimes even the wide or extra wide widths are snug. These shoes, however, run really wide! Almost too wide, but I'm keeping them anyway. If I were to re-order, I'd choose the wide instead of extra wide and maybe even a half size smaller. They are very close to being too big. Nice shoes though and pretty comfortable.

This is a great shoe! Feels just like a slipper the first time you put it on. I would recommend this to anyone. I ordered it in a 10w and it fit true to size.

I wear a size 11EE because of my AFO. I have been looking for a "dress up" shoes for over 9 years and I have finally found one. Stylish yet comfortable. The appearance of a heel, but feels/wear as a flat. A great cocktail party shoe but sturdy enough for work. I wear orthotics and had no difficulty with the fit. Right size, right width.

I adore these shoes. At first I wanted them for my daughter’s autumn wedding outdoors on very rustic decking. With the wedge feature, I was sure I would not get a heel caught between planks while walking down the aisle. They match my brown dress perfectly. Now that I see them in person, I know I will get loads of wear out of them for later occasions. I love the material uppers--I can even pin decorative pieces on them to make them glamorous or wear them as they come for dressy or casual times. The fit is perfect!

This is a good shoe for someone like me who is between a narrow and a medium. It represents my third attempt to find a summer shoe for the office. My three-block walk uphill to the subway is the acid test and the first two pairs of shoes I bought flunked it. The look is acceptable with pants and skirts but the shoe is lacking in pizzazz. I think a little higher heel might have improved it.

The shoe is attractive with a comfortable heel. The band across the shoe could be a little softer, but will soften the more I wear the shoe. I have a small foot and looks great!

I ordered this in my usual size 7 and it was incredibly comfortable (like a slipper!) but my heel kept slipping out. So I ordered it in a 6.5 and the heel is much better, but not as comfortable as the bigger size. The band across the toes digs into my foot. I still kept them, hoping to break them in. Worn them a couple of times and I love the look but hoping for more comfort down the line.

Not as cute in person -
The shoe was fairly comfortable; however, it was just way too boxy for my tastes. I usually wear a 7.5 W or WW and I found it to be larger than marked and almost too wide for me, which is unusual. Zappos, as usual, is great and I sent them back without a hitch!

I ordered this shoe in an 8WW and it was perfect. I recently had bunion surgery and was looking for a dressy, low heeled shoe that had a wider toe box. This shoe is very comfortable and didn't bother my scar. I highly recommend this shoe if you want something dressy but want to stay away from a pointed toe.

The best shoe for me -
I have problem feet and am now experiencing numbness so the open and wide toe bed is very important for me. I was getting peep-toed shoes, but started having numbness. I was told I had MS a while ago and think this may be a symptom so I'm thrilled to find shoes that are comfortable.

Your people know what is the most important thing to do to bring customers back time after time after time.
