This is a very comfortable shoe that is also very handsome. I have a narrow and relatively flat foot, but the shoe fits comfortably. Ecco makes a quality product that I have never been disappointed with.

These are very comfortable shoes, as are most Ecco styles. They are a nice compromise between casual comfort and business dress style. I do wish that Ecco (or Mephisto or a similar company) would make a comfortable shoe that even more closely looks like a dress shoe, and particularly one that takes a bright shine.

Very confortable shoe. No need to break them in. They are confortable as soon as you put them on. Previously always wore leather sole shoes since they are not as hot, so I was a little hesitant. If your a person who doesn\'t mind feet being too hot from rubber soles, then this is a good comfortable shoe.

If you haven't bought an Ecco in a few years, this is not the same style. Heel is cheaper, stitching is cheaper, and it is not made in China. But the price is still high. I was disappointed.

I ordered these ECCO shoes as a backup to the pair I already own, as they are my absolute favorite shoes and I wanted a pair in reserve in case my current pair ever wear out. Zappos had the very best price and shipping costs paid both ways, in case of a problem. Shoes arrived very fast. Everything went perfectly smooth. I will be a repeat buyer from Zappos.

I bought these for my husband to replace his Mephisto dress shoes. Not only do they cost much less without giving up anything in styling, but he says they are more comfortable and fit well.

There are "guiding lights" in the customer service field with LL Bean an outstanding example. Like most people, I have had the range of experiences from outstanding to terrible. My recent experience(s) with Zappos are as fine an example of how to treat customers, knowledgeable staff, cordial and prompt service as well as a broad range of choices. Zappos will always be my first choice in their product category.

I bought a pair of these shoes just over 3 years ago. They were a little more than I usually pay for shoes -- but they're the best pair I've ever had. After 3 years of daily wear (including a year of hiking around Italy) they're only just beginning to show some wear -- and are still as comfortable as the day I bought them.

In 2002, I needed a pair of shoes for a vacation trip with extended walking. I shopped a local department store, where I came across ECCO, a new brand to me. When I tried on the first pair, I was astounded. These brand new shoes were as comfortable--or maybe more comfortable--than any "broken in" shoes I had ever had, and simply amazing for new shoes. I bought them. Last week, I decided it was time to replace them. The soles were worn down quite a bit, and the flexible area of the toes was cracking. Seven years without new heels or new soles. Only one shoelace replacement! I hoped the shoes were as good when I ordered from Zappos, the same size "44". The new shoes fit perfectly and are as light weight and comfortable as the old ones. Zappos shipped FAST, too.

Well made - classic - ageless -
These shoes are well made and are extremely comfortable especially when on your feet most of the day. The style is classic. They will never look dated. It is a shoe style that should never be discontinued.

Amazing Shoes!
After years of wearing traditional leather business shoes (Alden, Church, Allen Edmonds), I tried a pair of Eccos because my feet kept falling asleep and I started developing leg cramps. All these problems disappeared when I started wearing Ecco shoes. I won't buy another brand. They feel great and seem to almost continuously adjust to my feet. I recommend them highly. I wear orthotics and the Ecco shoes accommodate them perfectly.

Where else can you order shoes on line at 11PM and have them delivered to your front door within 24-48 hrs?
