Awesome shoes, but you have to order them in a wide size! They are very narrow in the toebox area. One of the reviewers made it sound like this was only a problem if you have a wide toe area. This is not the case. The toe box narrows a great deal. I have a normal sized foot (maybe even slightly narrow), and they are too narrow for me. So, regardless of your width, order a wide size.

Agree with other reviewer on toe box width -
I purchased these shoes in a 10.5 W but the toe box was still too narrow for my foot, with my little toes on BOTH feet actively pushing the outer edge of the leather out. They're a great looking, comfortable shoe, but if you need a wide toe box, look for something else. Disappointing as I had always heard Rockport were the most comfortable shoe.

Change the heel styling.
Dressy but comfortable. The heel has a plastic indentation more like a tennis shoe than a dress shoe. I would prefer a solid heal, which would present a dressier look, but overall I'm pleased.

Sharp looking, but not for wide feet -
I really liked the look of these shoes. They could easily be worn with a suit, but are much more comfortable than most dress shoes. The heel is very well padded with an air pouch inside of it. Unfortunately, the shoes didn't work for me because they taper so much in front. I have a wide foot and need a wide toe box. If you have a narrow foot, I suggest giving them a try.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
