Just ordered these in 9W, my normal shoe size. They are not wide at all. My toes were cramped and my foot hung over the edges. They will have to go back. Too bad because these are really cute shoes!

I brought these sandals in a size eight and a half and did not know they run small. I should have ordered an eight wide. I think that would have been better for me. I could not return them after wearing them outside. These shoes are not that comfortable if you do a lot of walking. These were not a good choice for me.

Love these shoes! They have just enough heel to be dressy and are extremely comfortable. The front of the base got a little scuffed (leather wore off) pretty quickly, but I am really hard on shoes.

I bought these in brown. They are very cute - good for casual or work. The heel is not too high for running around during the work day. What I really liked about them is the comfort. You know how when you wear a heel during the day, the ball of your foot takes a beating. Not with this shoe! Somehow it’s constructed so there is no pressure on the ball of your foot. I’m very pleased with them - and Zappos, too!

I love these shoes! I wanted a somewhat dressy shoe to wear with a dress to chaperone at prom, but HAD to have comfort. The Valance shoe in the tan biscuit was perfect and stylish. The size 5 fit my normally size 5 feet well. Best of all, I ordered on a Thursday and they arrived on Friday so I could wear to prom on Saturday! Thank you, Zappos, for the wonderful service.

The sandal is nice. It can go with dress or casual. I love Zappos...it is hard to find 9 1/2 narrow shoes.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
