These boots are awesome! They are comfortable and the heel is very solid. People at Zappos customer service helped me out tremendously, also. I get more compliments on these than any other shoe! Thanks Zappos.

Most Comfortable Boots!
I loved these boots so much I ended up buying both colors. They are extremely comfortable and the heel is a great plus. Most boots lie flat, but with these, I get to wear all of the fashionable jeans (since they are all longer for heels these days). I'd say they are true to fit and have an extremely soft sole so they are really quiet when walking. For any boot lovers, they're a must buy!

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
