I didn't know there were companies like Zappos still around. You provide the best service I've ever experienced. I placed several orders over the Christmas holiday and they all arrived within days of placing my order and when I had to return some items it was the easiest process ever. But here's what compelled me to write an email to Zappos. I mistakenly left a gift card for a pedicure that I received from my husband for a Christmas present inside one of my return boxes to Zappos. About a week later I received a box from Zappos with that gift card inside. Your company took the time to mail that back to me at your cost. I was stunned and couldn't believe how nice that was. I will never buy shoes from another online company. Your outstanding customer oriented service has won me over for good.
