Love the look of the shoe and the overall comfort. I have a medium to narrow foot. The vamp is a little high-cut, and I find that shoes cut this way are uncomfortable right at the base of my big toes after a few hours.

Most comfortable shoe ever! They are right about the bow part pressing a little bit, but it’s not bad at all. No toe cleavage (I was worried about that). Cuter than in the picture.

This is a cute shoe and works with a lot of different outfits, but I have really narrow feet, and although I ordered the narrowest width available, the shoe still slips on my heel. I have padded it with heel inserts and insoles, but it still is not comfortable to walk very far in it. The customer service at Zappos is the best! Thank you.

This is a very comfortable shoe, but nothing special as far as looks go. At any rate, no one's ever commented on them to me--but then again, maybe that's saying a lot in my size (12)! Besides comfort, the upside to these shoes is their (benign) versatility. Think of them as basic black flats--with a twist!

OK comfort. The toe box is a bit narrow and my heels kept slipping out. It didn't fit me too well (I wear a 6.5N) and there is some compression right below the part where the "bow" meets. The sizing needs to be more accurate and why can't they make all their flats as comfortable and size-accurate as the Referee?

Very cute shoe. Broke my heart to have to send it back. Don't know how the manufacturer measures width, but it was no where near the usual WW. I even tried a larger size to see if it would help. Had to send that back too. Zappos, you're the best!

I loved the look of this shoe. It would have been perfect but it was way too wide. I ordered an "N," tried it on, and it swam on me - all over. I thought for sure that the wrong width had been shipped but no, the box was marked "N." There were no markings on the shoe itself.

I ordered these shoes in a half-size larger and a full width wider than I normally would with Naturalizer as I needed to be able to wear them "out-of-box". They were tight and hurt after only an hour or so but by that time, I had worn them and couldn't return them. Very disappointed in this shoe.

I'm used to a heavier shoe/sole than this cute flat and didn't find it as comfortable as I had hoped it would be. The heel was a little loose.

Great look and "medium" comfort for my foot (as compared the Naturalizer's "Commerce", which I also ordered). This shoe is a bit dressier than the "Commerce", but the cut seems to be lower and therefore doesn't hold my foot as well (part of the problem is that the heel isn't as narrow as I need). I like it enough that I'm considering keeping it, BUT the "Commerce" is a shoe I put on every chance I get.

This is an adorable shoe and so soft. Unfortunately, I could not get my heels to stop slipping out of the shoe when I walked. I tried everything, heel pads, toe pads, full sole pads, but it was not use. What a pity, I had to return them.

Was disappointed as the leather was very hard in this style - surprised me as it’s considered one of their new comfort design systems. I wear a size 4M and generally don’t have problem with fit within my size range - but lately Naturalizer has been all over the place in sizing. I returned it - toe box was very narrow.
