I love these sandals. I bought them in 9.5AA and they fit true to size. They are very pretty on, and have sufficient padding in the footbed, about which I am very picky. I am very happy with these shoes.

True to size. Very comfortable. I have problems with my feet but I can wear these shoes all day without any trouble. Zappos is wonderful!

Very comfortable shoe, size is true, I am a 12M, and they fit great, not too tall of a heel. Leather is a bit on the shiny side, but they are comfortable and go with a lot of outfits. They don't leave your feet hurt like some other shoes can; these are soft.

The good thing about this shoe is that it's got some style and perkiness for being a Naturalizer, which tend toward the flat-heeled, "old lady" style for the most part. I ordered the red, and it's a nice pop of color for your shoe wardrobe. I hate to nitpick, but simply because my other Naturalizers are so comfortable, I must mention that in between where the straps criss-cross and the front thick band meet- there is a little pinching. I have to order wide for my foot, and I have a high arch, which might contribute to the pinch. That's why it gets 4 stars. Possibly it might not even bother someone else. The fit is always right with Naturalizer. When you find your size with them, it will be consistent in all the styles. They are also well constructed and hold up to daily wear excellently.

Dealing with Zappos has been a wonderful experience. I first learned about you from my daughter in law. I find that you are very reliable. I bought shoes that weren't comfortable, returned them you replaced them with a different size. No problem. Zappos is a very reliable outfit and I would recommend them to everyone.

I find that Naturalizer shoes fit my long and narrow foot very well since my size is very hard to find. I have the red shoe and it is not only stylish looking, but oh so very comfortable! It is lightweight and I can walk about in them with no problems and only 4 months after foot surgery! As usual, Zappos service is excellent!

Love the shoe, cute and comfortable. Only reason I only gave 4 stars is because it has a bit of a heel and I am a wimp about any kind of heel. Even for a wimp like me, it\'s very comfy.\r\nLOVE Zappos!!! Best service ever, and always consistent.

Finding decent shoes to fit my feet is a nightmare. I have a wide foot, size 9-10 depending on the brand. Mostly I buy men’s because they fit so much better, but for work I needed something "business casual". This shoe not only fit my foot, but my work requirements as well. It looks very nice and has been oh so comfortable. I have low back problems, so I avoid anything with more of a heel than these sandals have. After the first day of work in them, I realized that I had no back pain at the end of the day! They are maybe a little longer than would be ideal, but I had tried on Naturalizers locally before ordering these to check the size. The 9 1/2 just barely fit, so I went with the 10 when I ordered these. I can live with them being a little long in exchange for the comfort. I may buy another pair of these in different color in the future.

This shoe is very comfortable and pretty to boot! Merrell sandals are the gold standard for comfort for my foot, so this shoe doesn’t quite reach that standard. Although I don’t think I’d want to take a long walk with it (the height of the platform can make my feet turn at times), but it’s great for just normal knocking about. Thanks for having such great shoes!

Have red in 8 and 1/2 narrow. Color is great, insole is padded and comfortable. Seem too wide for narrow width, I have very narrow feet. Will keep and wear anyway. Zappos’ service is great, will order from them again.

I purchased these sandals in a size 11 WW. I like the chunky sandal look, but am not a fan of the heavy weight of most chunky sandals. These ones are great. They are feather light and feel comfortable while standing for long periods of time. Cushion and support are top notch. I am also very hard on my shoes, but these ones still look like new after constant wear and tear. These sandals are well made and I would highly recommend them.

I'm always trying to find comfortable shoes that don't look "orthopedic". These shoes are cute and very comfortable - what more could one want? I was a little concerned that they might be too "old ladyish", but I ran them by one of my very fashionable friends before I kept them and she gave them her seal of approval. They fit well on my wide (D) feet, a touch snug, but leather always stretches so they will be perfect in a couple weeks. Give them a try.

I purchased the Iksa in red and love the shoe. I have a very narrow foot plus have plantar fasciitis. The shoe has a very cushioned foot bed that feels great, plus good support on both sides. Since I have a narrow foot I have some extra strap at the back after cinching in the heel strap. The shoe is comfortable but also looks very stylish if you want to just throw on a dress on go. Love, love, love Zappos and the great customer service.

These are really cute shoes and they felt like they would be very comfortable, but they were very wide on my feet. I was afraid if they stretched any at all, I would not be able to keep them on. The length was ok, but B width (which is what I usually wear) did not work at all. So, I sent them back. As always, Zappos is great!

These are a really comfy and nice-looking shoe. The new N5 comfort system makes this a 5-star shoe. Foot bed cradles the foot nicely. Straps on top keep the foot secure without any pinching or tugging. Due to foot issues, I really need comfort and Naturalizer's stepped up! Where have I been? The only issue for some people MIGHT be that the straps crossing over on top of the foot, not the toe part, ON ME, tend to be a little loose. I have a wide foot and the strap could be a little less loose. Then to take up that extra slack, the strap can't really cinch in enough because of where the Velcro starts. For me it's not a terribly big deal. I love this shoe. And besides the white, black, and red shoes, there is also a tan out there.
