I didn't have the problem with the strap that others have had and I've had mine for a few months. I bought them because I thought they'd look great dressed up for work (I'm a professor) and dressed down with jeans, and they do! I too found them cushy and comfy from day one and can stand all day in them. The only negative I've found is the slightest scrape or scratch of the heel (which is not leather like the strapping) discolors it, permanently. Rubbery heel looks like it has big "fade" marks on it. I'm okay with it, because I think it adds to the rough-hewn look of the shoe, but others may not like that. Overall, comfy and worth the money!

I have wide feet and trouble finding comfortable shoes. I ordered a 10W and it felt a bit tight so I exchanged them for 10WW. Perfect! Very comfortable and stylish. I have both the brown and the black; only wish Naturalizer would have made them in more colors. Yes, sometimes the strap does slip down, but after tightening it one hole it doesn't slip as often.

I have wide feet with high insteps and I never wear heels, until I got these! They are comfortable, plenty wide (I got E), and so cute!

These are very comfortable, HOWEVER the strap does fall down as others have said! I don\'t mind but I may not have purchased if this bothered me.

Very cute on! Loved them with a skirt and with capris. They run a tad narrow. They are initially comfortable but if you are going to be on your feet all day, they are not the shoes to wear. Still worth it for other times when you have breaks in standing!

Shoes from Zappos are the best! Even without trying them on, I can see every angle, read the details and know they will arrive quickly. If they don't fit or are not quite what I wanted, they can easily be returned. In the several years I have been ordering, only one pair were returned! These Naturalizers are comfortable, stylish, and are just as shown.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Clark\'s are always a good fit; comfortable and good looking, too.

I have a narrow foot and this shoe seems to run a bit narrow even for my foot. I wore them around the house for a couple of days to be sure they were comfortable and decided to keep them. They look great on my feet and even though they are a bit snug I have worn them to work all day with no problem. I figure they will stretch a bit and be even better!

Oh so comfortable! Despite the heel height, I can walk in these shoes for hours. It's like walking on pillows. The style is simple, classic but I did not buy these simply for the style. The level of comfort more than compensates for the design. Great for wearing with slightly flared or boot cut jeans and perhaps longer skirts/dresses.

I wish I had listened to the other reviewers who cautioned against buying these shoes. The back strap simply does not stay on the heel. Oddly, my straps didn't start slipping until I'd worn the shoes outside for a little while, so I'm now stuck with shoes that I can't wear because they won't stay on my feet.

Good fit for size and width. Have very narrow feet that usually slide through open-toed sandals but these shoes hold the foot nicely. Very good-looking shoe. Heel a little higher than I like but otherwise very comfortable.

These are great-looking shoes, but the ankle strap won't stay up! Also, it might just be my weak ankles but the tapered wedge heel felt a bit unstable (think: wobbly walking).

A very comfortable, cute shoe! Beatriz looks & feels great. I wore mine several hours the first time--no break-in time required. I have a narrow foot & had to tighten the strap a little. A great fit.

The shoes are comfortable, but the back straps tend to slip down. I have tightened them as much as possible without it bothering me. Overall the shoes are great. The color is beautiful.

Gorgeous and sexy and very comfy for all day wear. Feels very flirty and gave me a much needed boost from the less than feminine sandals I had been wearing lately. A little Dansko goes a long way...these just felt retro and very girly to me!

I love this sandal! I have a narrow size 6 1/2 foot which makes it extremely difficult to find shoes in my size - especially shoes that are somewhat stylish and not completely orthopedic looking. These fit perfectly, are very comfortable, and stylish, too. I am ordering them in every color now!

Not as wide as I'd like -
I am in love with the way this show looks, but I have to return it and maybe get a bigger size. I have fairly wide feet, but a double wide in my normal size is not quite wide enough. That being said, they seem well constructed, are very attractive, seem like they will stay on my foot easily, and I have high hopes that a half size up will remedy the problem.

These shoes are really cute and comfortable. However, I don't see how Naturalizer expects them to stay on your feet. The way the straps hit the foot, the shoes slide off very very easily. I am returning them.

I had to return these sandals. They are very cute but they run narrow. If you have medium to wide feet be careful. Going up a size wasn't helpful.

Hooray for narrow sandals!
I bought these sandals and they fit my very narrow feet really well! Some Naturalizers are a little, er, mature for my taste, but these are really cute and look great with jeans, crops, or skirts. Very cushy and and still a little sexy!

And I don't normally use teen-age expressions, but all I can say is OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! You rock!!!!!!!!!! Last week, I ordered shoes, and received one pair the very next day. The other shoes came the day after that. Sadly, none of them fit, and I had to return them all. Yesterday, I notified you of the return, printed out my FREE return shipping labels, and ordered one style in a different size. Today, I returned the shoes at a UPS store, and by the time I had returned home, my new shoes were on my doorstep! How do you do it? Is it a unique connection in the time/space continuum between your warehouse and Texas? However you do it, I am so impressed, and will tell all my friends about your wonderful, amazing service.
