We are very pleased with these boots. They fit true to size. We had been advised by a child shoe specialist to always buy boots one size greater than shoes. Our daughter is a size 8 in her shoes, so we bought a size 9 boot. Unlike many other toddler winter boots, these boots don't fall off and are easy for her to run and play in. Lastly, when we put them through the washing machine 3 times (our daughter stepped in horse poop), they held up just fine. Unfortunately, they still smell like poop, but that is not the boots fault!

These Columbia boots were a perfect match for my granddaughter's outerwear! She loves them! I have used Zappos to find shoes for my entire family and the service is unmatched in excellence! Shoe orders have always been upgraded to next day air at no added expense to me and returns are processed with no difficulty. A great bog "thank you", Zappos! You have earned my continued business. Rave reviews!

Great boot.
It is very warm for my daughter's feet, comfortable. True to size and she likes how it looks. Stylish.

These boots were for my granddaughter...
They are warm cozy and the color she loves! I believe she finds them comfortable as toddlers will not put up with discomfort. We have had a lot of snow and they have done their job...

Daughter's favorite -
I ordered both a size 8 and 9 for my soon-to-be 4-year old, planning to return whatever size did not work. She was so delighted with the size 8, asking to wear her snow boots at every opportunity and also indoors. I will hold on to the boot in the larger size. This will be a favorite for quite a while!

 |  | Wow. Now THAT'S service. My husband has used your shoes for the past few years, since he found this particular Nike brand that worked well. He's retiring on the 30th after 32 years with UPS (never took a sick day, never missed work, and never had an accident or injury. He was last year's Utah Driver of the Year) and I told him he just HAD to get some new shoes for the occasion. They'll honor him for a few minutes before everyone takes off for the work day, so we were worried if they'd get here in time. He's told lots of UPS'ers about his shoes, and your site.
