These boots are so comfortable. They look great under jeans or dress pants and they are comfy enough to walk around in all day. Definitely worth the money.

I was looking for Harley boots online one day at different sites, when I came across ZAPPOS. It was so easy to find what I wanted, cause everything is catogorized, as well as the price and description. Then, I couldn't make up my mind, so I ended up ordering two pair in two different sizes. I finally made my decision, and returning the others was really, really EASY. No questions asked and my refund was fast. It's also fantastic that if you order early in the day, you will receive your item the very next day. Whenever I need more shoes, boots, or whatever, I will shop online at Zappos.com. Oh, and the Customer Service Reps are GREAT! Other businesses should take some lessons from you guys. Thank you.

These boots look as good as the picture! Better maybe. They fit great and the quality of the leather and hardware is wonderful. I'm extremely happy with them. I only wish they came in brown, too. My favorite shoe purchase ever.

I turned to you for service because you have been so prompt and friendly with my previous orders. My latest order was somewhat urgent because I use a toaster oven for most of my hot meal preparations and my 10 year old machine suddenly burned out. I was willing to wait for a ground shipment of 3-4 days, but no, not only did you have the
item I needed in stock, but you e-mailed me that it will be priority shipped just because you like me as a customer! Jeez, make me feel special. Not only have I educated my friends and family how awesome you are, I just posted a notice on our company viewing board (7,500 employees) touting your services.
