These sandals are adorable and well made - great for showing off some leg! While not the most comfortable Sofft shoes I own (the heel is a little high for every day wear, and my pinkie toe doesn’t quite know where to go), they are still far more wearable than comparable shoes. The patent leather looks and feels like patent, not like plastic as many shoes do. I normally wear a Wide (this style only come in Medium), and while they’re a bit snug, there is some give in the leather. As always, Zappos provides a superb shopping experience.

Wonderful sandal. Looks stunning and feels very comfortable. A moderate amount of padding goes a long way with this high a shoe. I spent 4 hours on my feet at a party and really only felt a bit of strain the last half hour. I own a pair in black and I’m seriously considering getting this shoe in white as well.

I love these shoes!!! The look, the material, and the softness. Very lightweight and you can feel the cushion when you walk, but I can’t bare the pain on my toes! I don't know if it’s my feet or the shoes, but whenever I start walking, the front strap just tightens my toes in every stride! I wish I can wear it every day.

Stylish, comfortable class! I've never been disappointed with the Sofft line. The wedge heel height is perfect. I wore them to work and never had any discomfort. The patent leather is shiny and sleek and I'm getting them in some other colors. The Sofft fit is spot on. I always order a 9 1/2 and they just fit nice. Try them, you won't be sorry.

This was my first experience purchasing shoes online, and I only chose to do so after failing to find what I was searching for in local malls and footwear retailers. Navigation on the Zappos site was clear and easy. The shoes were described perfectly, arrived on schedule and look very stylish in white patent leather. The fit is good, although they will need some time to soften up around the little toes.

Great style, but these shoes need a little breaking in. My pinky toe on each foot was sore for the first couple of times I wore this shoe, but it's getting better. Also, the thickest strap seems tighter on my right foot, but that seems to be stretching out too. The cushioning on the bottom of the shoe is great. Overall, comfortable.

Another winner from Sofft -
Have been a fan of Sofft shoes for a while now - they are one of the few brands that genuinely is wearable and super cute at the same time. No suffering ever. The Varissa is no exception - even at 3 inches, you can walk and walk in these, and they look great. I'll continue to buy Sofft stuff, worth every cent.

First let me say... I really, really like these shoes. Second, I have never owned a pair of Sofft shoes... I buy "fancy" designers like Robert Clergerie, Tory Burch, Donald Pliner etc. I get so many compliments on these...not only do they NOT look like "comfort" shoes, they look like high end designer shoes! They are comfortable, fashionable and affordable...a rare mix today. I'm considering owning them in a second color. I'm an 8 medium and that's what I bought. Cute with capris, baby doll dresses and long skirts...you can't miss.

This shoe is so cute, and comfortable enough to wear all day. I'm not sure I would be able to do a lot of walking, but I'm not an experienced heel wearer either. I got compliments on the shoe all day long - definitely recommended!
