I have purchased quite a few pair of shoes through Zappos and have always been pleased with my purchases, or on occasion when I have had to return them, the great way they have of handling your returns. I received these shoes, tried them on, and walked the day away. What a terrific fit. I am an older woman and definitely need shoes that fit well, and these certainly did the trick, not to mention they are very smart looking. I cant tell you how many of my friends want the same ones and the service I get. Zappos? You rock!

I absolutely love Zappos and the quick delivery. I love these shoes, a couple of my friends also have them. I would love to get every color. They are comfortable and really dress up an outfit. I wear them to work since they are so dressy. If you are thinking of buying these, you should.

I absolutely love this shoe! It was comfortable from day 1, very soft and fit perfectly. It is true to size. It is very classy; I have received lots of compliments while wearing them.

I love these shoes. They are so cute. I have gotten tons of compliments. I got them in blue and in brown. I got them in a wide and am very happy. They look wonderful with a variety of outfits and are very comfy. There is a little part on the side where there is some mild rubbing, but only after a long day of wear and not very noticeable.

I needed a pair of dressy sandals to wear to a wedding and these were perfect. For a change I was not limping by the time I left the dance floor. Very comfortable with their padded insoles and stylish enough for day or evening.This is the first time I have worn the Sofft brand and I plan to look for others in the future. Fast shipping is a plus for the customer.

Very comfortable sandals - classy enough for dressing up, yet something you can wear for hours. Couldn't find AA anywhere in the stores, so Zappos came to the rescue once again.

I usually like the Sofft shoes, but the bottom of these is split. At the place where the 2 different materials meet cuts into my foot. Not at all comfortable. I think the upper was a bit loose as well.

Love these shoes! They are classy and comfortable. I\'m glad I ordered a narrow as other reviewers said they ran wide. My foot is normal in width, and the narrow fits well. I ordered these in brown, and like so much I just bought black. The hardware is gold, but not old-fashioned looking.

Very pretty sandal that you can dress up or down. The brown color looks great with the gold accents. It fits true to size. The soft foot bed is comfortable. I would definitely recommend this sandal.

Great shoes! I bought the blue ones and loved them. When they went on sale I bought a black pair. They are very comfortable and I have received many compliments on the style. I highly recommend these shoes!

I ordered this shoe in a narrow, and I LOVE it, but, the narrow is not really narrow enough for a AA foot, so I had to return it.

I bought these sandals in navy and they are truly a lovely shiny deep blue. My feet are a bit wide, so I am happy that Sofft makes such attractive shoes in wide sizes and the 9W fit perfectly. They are very comfortable as well and I've worn them on long outings with no problems with the seam on the footbed that other reviewers have mentioned. They do rub my little toes a bit, but it's not so bad to keep me from wearing them. Definitely the perfect stylish and comfortable summer sandal!

Great sandals! Love, love, love the comfort of the footbed. Get compliments on the sandals all the time. Own in black, brown, and orange. Would love to own every color. These do run a bit wide. I have considered, but have not yet tried, ordering them in a half size longer and in a narrow. --not for the length but to tweak the width to slightly more narrow. Maybe when I order the next color...

Love the shoes! Very comfortable and very dressy looking for a slide. I got the black and have worn them to several cocktail parties. I've received many compliments on these shoes which is a winning combination with comfort. I strongly recommend these shoes!!! I plan to get more colors!

This is a smart looking shoe and I love the Sofft brand, however, the footbed is a bit uncomfortable. I am seeing more and more shoes with the footbed not having a smooth single covering but rather cut right across the ball of your feet which is very, very uncomfortable. NOTE TO MANUFACTURERS: You would sell more shoes if you made them comfortable and Sofft is supposed to know better! They pride themselves in stylish yet comfortable shoes.

This is the best fitting shoe I've had in years. I have 4 pairs of them. I have a very hard to fit foot as it is very thin. Shoes never fit right. Not only does it fit nicely, I can walk in it all day or stand for hours and my foot doesn't hurt, nor have there been any blisters. The style is fabulous, looks great with shorts, pants, jeans or even a dress. I've turned my friends onto this shoe that have trouble with their feet. Bravo! My compliments to whomever designed this winner!

Love these shoes! Finally a lovely graceful sandal that can be dressy or casual, with no discomfort! I got these in white and they were so comfortable I wore them out to an all afternoon walking event the very first time with no regrets. I have very tender feet and most shoes hurt me so this is extremely unusual.I love that I can wear them with summer dresses without the pain of high heels. I got a second pair in my favorite, white, and got the brown ones, too!

Love these shoes! I bought the salmon color, which is pretty much orange. They are great. The only thing I might wish for is a smoother seam between the toe portion and the major part of the insole. Other than that, they are comfortable and stylish. Also, Zappos service is unsurpassed!! Keep up the good work.

I bought these in black first and they were so cute and so comfortable I ended up getting them in white too! They have become my everyday sandals and I could walk many miles in them! Very comfortable!!

I ordered these shoes in Salmon. They are a wonderful color and fit perfectly. I can wear them all day at work and they are soo comfortable. I have gotten a lot of compliments on the shoes. I order from Zappos frequently as I wear a 5 1/2 to 6 (according to the shoe) and have a difficult time finding shoes to fit in department stores (especially 5 1/2). Zappos is wonderful to deal with.

I purchased these shoes in black. I work in sales and I'm on my feet all day. I have tried so many other brands and at the end of the day my feet would still hurt :(. These shoes are so COMFORTABLE!!! Highly recommend. :)

These shoes are beautiful!!! The footbed in narrow is truly a narrow, but the upper is regular width. So sad they had to go back!

These shoes were comfortable from the moment I wore them. I purchased a brown pair and I loved the way they looked and felt that I had to get another pair. I do tend to be in between a medium and wide width, so these were perfect for me.

Since I'm a Kindergarten teacher and on my feet a lot, I needed a comfortable and a good looking pair of shoes. This shoe filled both requirements. Also, my foot is wide and the medium width fits very well.
