What a find! These shoes are right in style and comfortable from the moment I put them on. No breaking in necessary, which is a must for me! Love the non-slip soles and lower, yet fashionable heel height. I have the worst toes for sandals, but these shoes are constructed perfectly across the front.

Sexy looking, extremely comfortable shoes. They fit true to size (I wear a 9.5 D, great fit.) I have worn them 4 times - one issue, the finish is already showing wear.

This is a great looking shoe, and has the usual Sofft cushioning sole. Very comfortable. However, I felt it ran pretty wide in the straps. I could slip two fingers underneath the top strap in the medium width.

Love the shoes. Very comfortable. Heel height is just right. Color is a nice rich brown that looks great with a pair of jeans or a dress. This is my second pair from Sofft and I couldn\'t be happier.

This shoe is true to size, looks good on; however, it rubs the big toes. Did not prove good for long periods of walking. I ultimately had to give them away.

I love these shoes. I don't wear heels a lot but these are very comfortable. I don't recommended wearing them for eight hours, but for three to four hours are great. They look very stylish as well.

These shoes are wonderful! They are so comfortable. I wear a size 7 medium width and they fit very well. I wear these with slacks and skirts, but they would also go with jeans. I'm not a fan of heels, but these could change my mind.

I wear a 9.5/10 N so when I saw these came in narrow I ordered them (9.5N). They arrived quickly and I am very happy with them. The width is perfect and the overall fit and comfort is excellent. The heel height is high enough to be dressy, but not so high that I can\'t wear them all day. The only thing I don\'t like is that the shiny finish on the heels became scratched after one wearing.

These shoes look great. I bought them to wear with jeans and long pants. I wanted something that would look good and that I could do tons of walking in. They are very comfortable. Zappos makes it so easy to try lots of shoes. I love their website and recommend them to everyone.

I love these shoes they are very comfortable. They look great. I ordered them in brown and they make my size 11 foot look neat and I thought I had a wide foot, but the medium width fits fine. I am hooked on Zappos! Wonderful service.

These were so comfortable and stylish that I ended up buying 3 pair. They were comfortable enough to wear as a tourist in Paris! There is enough padding beneath the ball of the foot to accommodate walking on hard surfaces like concrete or pavement. I absolutely love these shoes! Size runs true and they were wide enough at the toe for me; sometimes a problem.

I love these shoes! It was the first pair of shoes I tried on in a large department store, and the only size they had left was a 6.5, which felt too large (I wear a 6, 6.5 or 7), but the shoe was incredibly comfortable. I tried about 8 other brands/styles, and nothing came close to the comfort of the Sofft. A friend has spoken highly of Zappos, so I read many reviews of the shoe. I learned that others also thought the shoe was comfortable, and that if you are in between sizes, order the smaller size. I ordered the brown and the black. They arrived promptly, and I am extremely pleased.

These shoes are true to size; do not size up or down. The heel height is great, especially for those of us who cannot wear 3+" heels anymore. They are also comfortable. I would definitely recommend purchasing this shoe.

Comfy medium-high heeled sandal -
Nice dark brown color, good fit for my wide foot (they aren't squishing or rubbing blisters on my pinky toes as many even wide-width shoes do) and a nice heel height for us who don't want stilletos but want more heel than flats or wedges. Very comfy once I put a thin, foam shoe bed liner in to cover up the seam running across the foot bed; why is it that Sofft so often puts an irritating seam smack across the foot beds of their shoes? That's the only thing that detracts from this shoe. I've had two colleagues say they're not a "granny" look (granted they're in their late 30s like me, not 20-somethings).

I love Soffts super comfortable heels but the quality of the leather on these shoes is sub par. I have owned them for 5 weeks and the leather is already chipping off in random spots. Very poor quality leather. They are super comfy as expected but I will warn of shiny leather shoes from Sofft.

I purchased these in size 11 black, mainly to wear to work with dress pants and skirts. I LOVE them; they are so comfortable and make my feet look small (if you can believe that!). They are great, fit right out of the box with no break in or blisters at all. I love Sofft shoes.

This is the most comfortable shoe I own!! I require a wide width, and these shoes are true to size. The heel height is perfect for all day wear. Very versatile, they're dressy, or look good with jeans. My only complaints are that the leather isn't as 'butter' soft as expected, and they aren't available in a variety of colors!

These shoes are definitely comfortable...and seem to me to run a little on the big side. I usually take 7 1/2 - 8 and bought the 7 1/2. They still seem a little big, but I know that my feet swell in the summer heat, so I'm keeping them because the footbed is fabulous! For a "comfort" brand, they also look very hot!

I was born with two club feet and while I have done my share of dancing, hiking, and generally having fun with feet that work okay, the many operations left them rather unpretty, a little misshapen and definitely wider/shorter than most feet in proportion to the carrying bodies. Finding shoes that fit and are comfortable is a rarity for me. I search through stores regularly, more often than not
leaving empty handed. I took a chance with Zappos. There were some excellent deals and the size claimed to be what I might need. A box arrived. It said "Packed with Happiness." Inside was my order – 4 pairs of shoes and a pair of boots. They not only all fit, they all fit amazingly well. The box may very well have been packed with happiness, but let me tell you, not as much happiness as it was opened with!!! Thank you oh so much. You can't imagine what this is for me.
