These shoes have a "WOW" factor. They are comfortable and gorgeous. Don\\\'t know if I could work in them all day and go dancing at night (being that I am 77) but wore them to a party with lots of standing around and they were comfortable. All my friends loved the look and with black jeans they can\\\'t be beat. How will they do in the winter snow in Oregon is another question.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable a pair of high heels could be. The shoe is true to size and does not hurt your feet, even from day one. The shoe is wide enough so that there is no breaking in time. I also continue to get compliments from co-workers on the style.

Love these shoes! Beautiful, comfortable and I got lots of compliments! It was difficult wearing any heels after living in sandals the last 4 months with my new baby. The look of these made it worthwhile and didn\'t punish my feet with aches and pains. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I bought the natural/cream color shoe. I am already a fan of Sofft shoes, and these live up to the comfort of the brand. They do make your foot look a little longer and leaner, which I like. I needed a good neutral shoe for summer, and these are perfect. (Now I need a good neutral light colored shoe for winter....hint hint, Sofft!)

I purchased these shoes in the bronze/black. They are so beautiful and comfortable. I've taken a size 10 D all my life, but after 2 pregnancies went to a 10.5 D (and no one makes 10.5 for some reason). So, I heard if you order an 11 B, it's the same. Almost, but not quite. The width was good, but i had to add the soft petals heel cushions (also sold by Zappos) in the heel. Perfect! So many compliments on these shoes! You'll love them.

As comfortable as a heel this thin and elegant can get! I get tons of compliments whenever I wear these--they definitely don't look like a "comfort" shoe. The nude color is really versatile and flattering for summer. I am considering buying another color...

I bought these shoes to wear to a wedding. I stood, walked, danced, and played pool in them for over 9 hours. They are incredibly comfortable! I\'m thinking of getting them in other colors.

The shoes arrived promptly, as is customary with Zappo's. For the heel height, I found them to be extremely comfortable, and I have very sensitive feet. They are soft inside and the strap sits well on the foot. I really find shopping with Zappo's a breeze. Thanks!

I love how sexy these shoes make my feet look! I got them in the tan/pink color and they really lengthen my legs. The shiny patent edging gives them a dressier feel, but still office appropriate. I had some trouble getting a perfect fit. I ordered 11, my usual size, but there was too much room in the heel, but when I tried the 10 it pinched my toes too much even though the length felt about right. Ended up keeping the size 11 pair just because I love the look so much. For this heel height, they feel very stable and un-tippy, which is usually a problem for me when I wear a heel higher than 2".

This shoe is amazing. I have had more compliments wearing these, and friends everywhere are asking where I got them. Not only are they cute and look good on, they are sooooo comfortable. The only thing that I would want is for them to come in other colors. A Navy Blue shoe and a red shoe in this style would just about be all I need for the summer.

I recently purchased these shoes for a trip to Europe we just came back from. Let me tell you I could wear them all night walk on cobble stone streets and still be perfectly comfortable. I just love them. This is my first time in heels in the past 15 years.

I just spent my first work day in these and love them. I do not wear heels daily and usually shy away from anything this high. But they are both flexible and supportive; great fit and no rub spots. I wore them without hose. My feet are short and wide with a high arch and I usually wear a size 7.5 to get a wide enough toe box. With Sofft I can wear a 7 and not worry about excess length. I now swear by Sofft and Dansko for all day comfort and style, but have to give the higher props to Sofft for style. These are rockin'. I have them in the pretty neutral, which looks great with summer browns and whites, but am seriously considering ordering the black and white ones too.

Sofft Gallis - standard width is really wide! I ordered size 11, the length felt true, but the width is too huge. They are really nice looking, and quality made, but not for my complexion (FYI: I am 66kg; 180cm). My aunty loved them though, she is about 90kg, and they fit very well on her. So these shoes are not for skinny girls.

Very comfortable and very stylish. Looks great with pants or dresses. I tend to burn at the balls of my feet after wearing heels for long periods of time; however, it was not the case with these shoes.

I also wanted to send a much belated thank you for a service you did for me about a year ago. At the time, my son broke his leg very badly and we needed some "basketball breakaway pants" to put over it so he could go out of the house, as the cast was quite large. We couldn't find them anywhere, but my mother found them on your website.
