These shoes are comfortable, but the ornament fell off of both shoes in the second week of wearing them. Also, while I love the width and comfort of this company, I frequently find that the toe boxes are too short, and that was true with these shoes. I felt bad returning them with the damage, but they are not wearable because there is a mark where the flowers fell off.

I love Sofft shoes and these were no disappointment. Very stylish and extremely comfortable. As for Zappos, I\'m always so impressed with their customer service. All retailers should be as committed to their customers. Thank you.

More burgundy than red. These are cute shoes and well fitting, but the color is not red red, it's darker toward burgundy.

I adore these shoes! I ordered them in red hot/red size 7 M(B). They are so very comfortable and cute. \r\n\r\nThe toe box is rounded and roomy enough for me to wiggle my toes, but snug enough to be a great fit. These shoes are comfortable for walking. My feet feel good after going for a walk in them. They do not cause any injuries to my feet at all after walking. \r\n \r\nThe scrunchie Mary Jane band fits my regular width feet well. It is not too tight on my feet, as some other reviewers commented. The decoration on the band is beautiful.

Love this brand of shoes, both comfortable and professional. They seem to run a half size too small. Also, love Zappos; they are quick and I really appreciate the shipping policies.

My favorite shoe ever. Cute, comfortable. I can wear these all day and night. Red is my favorite, but I like tan also. I am relentless in my search for comfortable work shoes.

These shoes are pretty and comfortable. I bought a wide shoe so I would have plenty of toe room for comfort when dancing. The strap across the top of the foot was very comfortable and non-binding; it also held the shoe on nicely. The 2 1/2" heel is a little high for me, but even so it was comfortable most of the first day I wore them. The leather is soft and I did get a little tear on them, so I will watch for that when I wear them. Overall, they are cute and fun to wear.

My friend had some Sofft mary janes that intrigued me so I went and bought myself some. Such a great shoe, it's versatile and comfy. I wore it the first day I received it at work, not one blister or unhappy heel. I wore these without socks (I didn't have stockings at the time) and it was still amazingly comfortable. I was initially worried that it looked like "old lady shoes", nope, loved the look and received tons of compliments and inquiries on where I purchased these. I'm waiting for the patent ones to be available, can't wait! Sold on Sofft shoes!

I love these shoes! I have a foot somewhere between a 7.5 and 8 and EE in width. I tried the black patent in an 8EE and the light brown in 7.5EE. Both are super comfortable! Next time (which there will be) I am not sure which size I will get. I had heard people for years raving about the Sofft brand but for some reason, despite my hard-to-fit feet, I had not tried them. I have been wearing heels for work for 15 years. I have never had any this comfortable.

This is a comfortable, cute and versatile shoes. I have also received many compliments on them. That being said, I cannot wear it everyday because, even though I bought the wide shoes, my feet were killing me after a 20 minute walk. Since I live in Manhattan I walk everywhere and that does not help matters much. It is perfect to wear it in the office, instead of pumps.

I bought these shoes in my regular size 12, black. They are darling, but the first day I wore them, I had toe blisters on both feet. I thought the toe box would be ample, but not for me. The blisters have healed, but I'm afraid to try them all day at work again.

I purchased these shoes (in black and brown) to wear to my daughter's wedding. I haven't worn any type of heels in years. I have extremely wide feet, and can never get shoes to fit. I am stuck with flip-flops, wide New Balance sneakers, and C-width Lucchese boots. So it was tricky to find some dressy shoes for me. Local stores are not an option. I wore the black pumps for 8 hours straight with no problems whatsoever (even dancing!). I loved them so much I also bought the brown ones. The ball of my foot felt a little "tired" after 8 hours, but no pain. These shoes are winners!

Elastic too tight! I thought these shoes were very comfortably sized, and very comfortable in the toe box. I was concerned that the heel would be too high, since I never wear heels and was looking for an "every day work shoe", but it wasn't at all. Ultimately, I sent these shoes back because after wearing them on carpet for a bit, I found the elastic to be way too tight on my foot. It may be the only shoe I've ever worn that was uncomfortable to wear while sitting, but felt comfortable when I was standing. I ended up getting the black leather Clarks Diamond Sparkle instead, which have worked very well.

These shoes are terrific! They are not necessarily sexy, but they are stylish, uniquely styled, and most importantly comfortable. I love this brand and never have been disappointed with them.

As a person who never, ever wears heels except for very special occasions, I was a bit hesitant to start with these, since they're relatively high at 2 and 1/2". But they really are astonishingly comfortable heels, as much as heels can ever be. I definitely recommend them for those who, like me, don't generally bother with heels. I give it 4 stars for comfort because of one small-ish detail that's a bit of a bother. The elastic strap that goes across your foot is just too dang tight! Maybe it's just me, but it leaves deep marks on top of my foot. That's my only real issue with this shoe. I do get a bit of pain in the ball of my foot after wearing these for an hour or so, but I'm pretty sure that's just because I suck at walking in heels. I've gotten several compliments on this shoe, so 5 stars for style. It's a solid, dependable, comfortable heel which happens to look fantastic on.

So cute and comfortable. I ordered these in the red and will be ordering in another color as well. The rounded toe is perfect, no constriction, and the shoe overall is very flexible with good support throughout (though maybe a little lacking in arch support). It is in no way dowdy (rare in an comfort shoe!). The red with the flower on the strap make them look festive (these would be great for Christmas!) and a little cha-cha, but in a good way.

I love these shoes! I bought black patent for my special occasion and they looked like a million bucks. I got many compliments. This was the first time I had worn heels in my life. (I'm in my late 30s!) They were comfortable and I had no problems walking in them. I will definitely buy Sofft again. Thanks Zappos!

I sat down at the computer around 8:30 pm last evening to look for shoes. I was looking until around 1 am. Sometime during that period, I ordered these shoes. They were at my doorstep at 9 am this morning! Zappos service is phenomenal! The shoes are gorgeous and feel wonderful on my problematic feet (bunions on both feet and arthritis). The quality and look of the shoes can only be described as perfect. Thank you, Zappos for your fabulous service and quality shoes. Love these cute shoes! They remind me of my grandma's wedding shoes from the 1920s. They're very comfortable and have a nice vintage look when worn with a lace skirt. They arrived oh-so-carefully packed by both Sofft and Zappos, which I really appreciate since I'm used to getting shoes tumbled in a box from other Internet shoe sellers. The shoes themselves are very well made, very high quality. I wear between a 7.5 and an 8, and the size 8 I ordered feels true to size. Great comfortable shoes! Great service from Zappos!

I love these shoes. I'm on my feet at work: walking, bending and generally being active. I've worked a 5 hour shift so far in them and my legs felt great! In addition, they are very cute!

I love this shoe! I have narrow feet and it\'s rare that I ever find a pair of shoes and never at this price that fit so well, look so great and are comfortable. I sell real estate and put in long hours in and out of my car, in client\'s homes or my office but I can comfortably wear these shoes all day. The rubber soles and heel are perfect for the rainy weather we have too. I bought the red shoes and they look smashing with a black skirt, black fishnets and a white blouse; I add a red jacket or sweater sometimes. People ask me where I got the shoes everytime I wear them. I\'m buying the black patent ones next!

Love this shoe. This was comfortable right out of the box. The elastic across the instep keeps the shoe on snug, no slip. The footbed oh so comfortable and a perfect heel height. I like the fact also that it looks a little bit retro.The red is to die for. I'm usually a straight 9 1/2 medium, did have to go down a half of size.

Worth the money. I'm not rich, but I will willingly part with the money for a high-quality shoe even if it's more expensive. I pretty much only wear sensible shoes, and these are pretty much the definition of sensible. Nice, roomy toe box for my wider feet, stretchy band of suede on the strap, padded arch support, and a sturdy, stacked heel that's a comfortable height. These are shoes that are designed to be worn all day. I wore these for the first time today, and got a lot of compliments. They've got kind of a charming 30s retro look to them, and I love the little rosettes on the straps to make them a little more updated. The rosettes are very sturdily sewn on, so I'm not too worried about accidentally ripping them off or something. I wear a size 10 and have fairly wide feet, but a 10 in the regular fit is fine. The length is perfect. Maybe if you have very wide feet, you should consider a wide width.

Loved them from the moment I took them out of the box. Great color and style, the D width is a perfect fit for a slightly wide foot. Very comfortable. I have worn them with jeans and with business suits and have recieved compliments with both.

I live in Texas, and with his order going to Michigan, he has to deal with much colder weather, he has a greater need for his comfort in their colder weather.
