These shoes are awful. They are so uncomfortable I can\'t even wear them walking to and from the car. They pinch your feet. Terrible buy.

I went to Macy's looking for my wedding shoe, found this Carlos Roulette and had to have it. Only problem, they did not have my size. So the sales person said he could order my size but it would cost an extra $14 for shipping. I said I'd rather not and he suggested a shoe site that sometimes carries the same shoes Macy's did. I didn't find them there but I did find them at Zappos for the same price as Macy's but with no shipping! Yay! Got my shoes less than a week later and I love them!

This is one of the most beautiful pair of shoes that I own. However...they are not comfortable at all. I bought them for a wedding and was crying in pain by the end. The biggest problem for me is the lack of arch support (due to the cutout).

Gorgeous Shoe!
What a gorgeous shoe! I sure didn't buy these because I knew they were going to be comfortable, and I wear high heels all the time. There is no arch support -- so I'm definitely not wearing these all day and I have to buy a gel insert. I bought the Brown Emily -- these are the prettiest shoes in my collection.

Gorgeous shoes that are surprisingly comfortable considering the height of the heels. I wore these to a party the same day they arrived and kept the shoes on all night! The sizing was right on, I'm a 7.5 and the size 7.5 fit perfectly.

Beautiful -
The pattern detail is beautiful and the colors are rich. The fit was perfect especially for those of us who have narrow feet because the toe design partially covers the toes so that the shoe doesn't look big. Fit is also great for those people who wear a medium size.

My opinion -
I loved these shoes the moment they arrived and they felt great. However, after wearing them, they pinched my toes and front part of my foot. I had to wear a bandage the remaining part of the night as I guess they need to stretch out more. Also, I noticed my feet slide more out and my toes are more exposed.... price I guess you pay for a beautiful shoe.

Wearing them now. They hurt. Bad. I thought they would stretch out based on the description of a "patent leather" upper on Zappos. Any part that you may hope would stretch is man-made. If I had known that (I took the description for granted and didn't look at the shoe until I was at work), I would have returned them. What is considered the "upper," I wonder? I got a compliment on the shoes the second I walked into the door (they are gorgeous)...but they h.u.r.t. And how are people saying they have any kind of arch support when the inside part of the shoe is cut away? I don't get it.

Fits like a dream.
This shoe is gorgeous & sexy - my favorite Carlos Santana design. I have 3 pairs so far. I would like to give it 5 stars for comfort, but because of foot problems I can't stand in them for too long - but that's my problem, not the shoe's. I LOVE this shoe and plan to buy more.

Gorgeous shoe but hurts really bad -
I love this shoe, I have it in blue print and it is gorgeous. However, it hurts really badly on the toe area, I mean, I am stiletto gal, and the pain was unbearable.

Hurt my feet!
I got the animal print with roses and it's a beautiful shoe! However, the shoe ran large. My toes spilled out through the front which they've never done with any other shoe, my toes are normal size. After an hour of wearing these, my feet hurt so bad!!!

Hot, Hot, Hot!!!
I am so happy with these shoes! They not only look hot on, but they are so comfortable. The first day I wore them I received SOO many compliments on these shoes. I had a woman ask me to take one off so she could look at it. I am going to order same style in black. The ones I bought were the ruby color...

My new favorites -
I wore these shoes for a 12 hour work day, including walking thru LAX and another airport. They are still very high heels, so they aren't going to feel like flats, but they are a rare pair I can wear that long. And the red and blue colors are stunning!! They DID stretch out after that long wear, enough that I had to put heel grips in and they are still slipping a bit. My foot runs a bit narrow though. But I don't usually expect patent leather to stretch quite that much.

This is the cutest shoe ever! I just cannot wait to wear it. Surprisingly, it is really comfortable, too. Looks great on. I hope they make it in a tan color next...
