I always wear size 8 in shoes, but these were SOOO and TOO tight! I didn't return them because I was trying them out and wishing they expand so much around the house that I doubt they'll replace them for me. If you buy, buy half or full size larger, I wish I had. I love the style and quality, but unfortunately not at all comfortable.

I love Onex shoes in general, but really love the versatility of this shoe! It looks great as a dressy shoe or with jeans. The plastic top felt a little narrow when I first put the shoes on. I warmed up the plastic with a hair dryer and immediately put them on. Instant comfort!

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
