Cozy comfort -
Comfortable to walk in. I wore them shopping and felt decent arch support. I have tender feet. I added leg warmers on 11/2/08 - Chicago is in having Indian summer. I didn't want to take them off! I have them in two colors. I felt good about the purchase... some $ goes to breast cancer research.

I am in love with these!
I ordered them in pink and they are wonderful! I always have a pair of shoes for support at the bottom of my stairs since I have so much tile in the house. Now that it's getting cooler, my regular Privo flip flops were a bit cold to slip on. These are so comfy and have great support. I usually wear a size 9 and these fit perfect for me! Love them!!!!

I felt the size was good. I take a 5 1/2 or 6 and the 6 fits perfect. They feel great, in fact I am ordering another pair online.

I'm in love!
I love these shoes! I discovered them at a Clarks store about 3 years ago and I just ordered my 5th pair. As soon as I get home, my shoes come off and these sandals come on. I've noticed other reviewers having to buy a larger size as they feel the sizes run small, but I have not had a problem with that, either from the one's I bought in the store or any that I've ordered from Zappos. Great shoes and great website!

I love this flip flop the only reason I am writing this is to tell you they run small! I wear an 8.5 normally and I fit into a 10 perfectly. Very fun flip and helping out breast cancer what could be better!

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
