I am in love with Zappos! I purchased this shoe in the Gold and in the Reddish Gold tint (not sure of the exact name of color). I love these shoes. They are classy and just simply a great looking shoe. Zappos, I am in love with you and because of our relationship, I have divorced the malls! Thanks for making me feel appreciated as a customer.

I was going crazy looking for the perfect shoes for my class reunion; felt in love with them the minute I saw them, and to my surprise, they are truly comfortable! Danced all night long! Thanks!

I received these and they were gorgeous! Looked great with the dress I wore for a wedding reception. They were a little loose, the straps don\'t secure your foot down in the shoe very well. I got some clear gel heel backs and that helped a bit. Overall they looked very sexy and I will be wearing them out again!

Definitely Banging!
Oh my gosh! These are the best in high heels. They look great with super skinny black pants and are unbelievably comfortable for as high a heel as they are. Carlos, you play a mean guitar and design a great shoe!

Comfortable high heels. Yes, I know it's unbelievable, because these babies have a 4" heel. I always have ball of foot pain from wearing high heels. I have very high arches and high insteps and most strappy shoes will not cross over my high insteps, but these are a perfect fit. They're also wide enough not to pinch your toes. I normally wear a 9.5 C width, and these fit perfectly. I would think they wouldn't work for a narrow foot. I'll be buying these in another color, just can't decide which. I haven't been able to wear heels in forever until these came along. Love them. Not like. Love.

Ordered these in Gold Snakeprint. I was looking for gold heels for a wedding and had no time to shop, so I ordered three different shoes from Zappos. One of them was Believe 2 in the Gold Snakeprint. When I got them I was immediately disappointed with the look of the fake print but decided to try them on anyway. I was shocked at how stable and comfortable they felt for such a high heel! I ended up keeping a different pair because I really thought the material of these cheapened the look of the shoe, but I loved the fit so much, I returned the gold and am ordering it in Black Patent. The style actually makes my fat ankles look slimmer and I can honestly walk in them without feeling like I am balancing on a wire! I hope I like the look of the black. Thank you Zappos! Thank you Carlos!

I got these in gold, and my goodness I love them! Pros: Higher than I usually get, but very comfortable. Great arch support, and I have slightly higher arches than most. No "ball of foot" pain, which is rare in such high heels. Very sexy. Stable. Proceeds help families build homes in impoverished areas. Cons: Slippery on smooth tile. After a few hours of dancing the edge of the strap pinches on the big toe. The fake snake pattern is obviously fake, and cheapens the look of the material a bit on the gold, but I would buy these again.

These shoes are hot. I got them to wear to a wedding. They fit a little snug but overall they were OK on my feet all night. I danced all night and I did not have any callouses. I wish Carlos Santana would make more sizes in 11. He makes hot shoes.

This is a very sexy shoe, although I had to order this in a half a size smaller than I normally wear because it was a little longer and wider. It is comfortable to wear and looks great with dresses and skirts.

Considering the height of the heel, these are pretty comfortable. I wore them for about eight hours straight before my feet started to hurt, which in my book constitutes comfort. They are hot shoes and I got lots of compliments.

Love these shoes!
These are my absolute favorite pair of shoes! I was a little worried when my husband picked them out for me since the heel is so high but they ended up being my favorite pair! I wear them whenever I need a nice pair of heels. Definitely worth the purchase. Thinking about getting them in silver too.

Gorgeous Shoes -
I purchased the gold version of this shoes and I must say I LOVE THEM! I would not recommend wearing them if you will be walking on marble but otherwise they are great. My only problem was that my toes kept slipping to the front but with 4 inch heels that is to be expected. They are very, very, very comfortable and I could dance all night in them! I will be purchasing the black ones this week!

Extremely Comfortable -
I really enjoy these shoes. I recently bought them to wear to a club in Vegas. I was on my feet all night and was pleasantly surprised that I was not crying by the end of the night. I have EXTREMELY flat feet and have to find shoes that accommodate me somewhat. The platform makes these shoes so much more comfortable than they would be without. They look really sexy on. Would definitely recommend these.

Love these shoes!
I got them in black and really wish they made them in brown too! These are great going out shoes and perfect for the office too. The ankle straps really give this shoe a unique look!

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
