I love these shoes. They fit perfect right out of the box. I have wide feet and the wide size was perfect. They are very comfortable. I stand on my feet for 10-12 hours per day. These shoes are nice looking too. I wish they came in a variety of colors. Red would be cute.

These are the second Skechers Work shoe that I've tried. The first pair were cuter, but velcroed shut and snapped the first time I wore them! These, however, have been perfect. Super comfortable, I have yet to come home after a long shift on my feet and have any aching. They, of course, aren't as stylish as I'd like, but the higher sole height is nice for those of us who like to wear pants that are probably too long. Overall, I highly recommend this work shoe and know I'll buy a new pair when the ones I have wear out.

I’m always looking for something comfy to wear since I work retail and are on my feet for at least seven hours straight. So far these are near the top. They’re really comfy and my feet don’t seem to ache nearly as bad as they used to at the end of the night. They’re not as non-skid/slip as they claim to be though. Also keep in mind, they’re Skechers so they have about an inch of sole to the bottoms which is probably why they seem to cushion so well so you’ll be taller in them (I’m tall enough, but I wanted to give these a shot). Pretty true to size as well, the 10s fit me fine.

I just bought my 3rd pair of Skechers work Softie. These are the only work shoes I will wear. I am on my feet 8 hours a day, and my feet don't hurt in these shoes. If you want a great work shoe, these are the shoes for you.

Awesome shoes. I have always worn Skechers sneakers to work but now that I've tried these, I will wear no other. They are great shoes. No breaking in as with other work shoes. They were comfortable from day one.

I work on my feet for 40 hours a week. And this is the tenth pair of Skechers Softies that I have bought. I put in different insoles for more comfort, but overall a great shoe if you’re in the service industry.

The fit and comfort of the shoe are great. I have an extra wide foot and the wide is wide enough. Very comfortable to walk in all day. The appearance is very heavy looking. It actually looks as if I have boots on. Needless to say comfort over looks any day.

Very Disappointed! Skechers changed the design of their non-slip shoe. I work 5 nights a week at a restaurant and the old design used to last me almost a year. I have had this new design for only 3 months and the stitching is coming undone in the toe area causing my feet to get wet :( Very upset because for the amount I pay for these, this should not happen. Skechers is getting cheap!

I am a retail manger and most of my work days are 8, 10 or 12 hours standing around on concrete floors. These are by far the best sneaker I've ever owned.

Highly disappointing -
I'm a line cook and I'm on my feet all day and for most of the week. After reading a lot of the reviews, I thought these would be a good shoe to wear to work but once I bought them and put them on they began to hurt my arches about 1 hour into wearing them for the first time. Not a comfortable shoe.

Comfort plus but not very slip resistant -
I have purchased a number of pair of these shoes that I wear for work. The comfort is top notch; however, they are not very slip resistant. I almost fell on a wet surface once while wearing these. If you are looking for comfort out of the box, then I highly recommend these. If you are wearing them in a work environment that has slip hazards, then I would recommend trying a different brand.

Shoes are very comfortable. Did need to change insole for more arch support. If these came in slip-on style that would be great. Slip resistance for both oil and water is great.

Looks like an athletic shoe. I was hoping for something that looked a bit more like a hiking shoe, or work boot, but in person these look too much like a gym shoe to me. They are also not that wide. I got them in "extra wide" but they felt like a regular wide to me. I probably would have kept them though, if I'd have liked the look more.

These shoes are very comfortable, I work on my feet all day and they don't hurt at all! The only down side is they don't look like tennis shoes, but more like hiking boots. If you're looking for comfort, get them!

A WOW FOR WORK SHOES!!!
This is the best all around work shoe I have found so far. Finding black work shoes for ladies that are not hot or heavy is a trial. This shoe fits all requirements, light weight, not too hot, good for walking or driving.

Shoe fits great and just needs a good insole to give better arch support. I have worn these for years waitressing and have never slipped on wet kitchen floors. A great shoe for people on their feet a lot on slippery floors.

Great, non slip shoe -
I have been in the restaurant business for many years, and I can honestly say, after being on my feet 8-10 hours a day in these shoes, my feet do not hurt at the end of the day. I can't wait to get the shoes off, but there is no discomfort. Wet floors, grease on the floors, there is no slipping. Skechers has always made a great shoe, so I had all the confidence that these shoes would be comfortable. Skechers has not let me down. I did put my own inserts into the shoe for extra arch support, but I do that for all my shoes.

A black sketcher work shoe is what I need for standing on concrete 10 hours/4 days a week. I had some feet problems with other shoes, but thanks to the sketchers my feet are cushioned, flexible, and all around nice looking. I finally
am on to a shoe that benefits me, and probably will also be my next working shoe.

These shoes feel great on my wide feet. I use orthotics, so I cannot comment on the given arch support. But it's a very comfortable work shoe and non-slip. I work long days in the kitchen and they hang tough with me!!

1st day nylon ribbon eyelet broke.
Excellent skid resistant even in the dish area.
Lost its shape within a month, looked like a worn out sneaker. Style not professional looking. Sole medium depth compressed down in 9 months causing severe leg pain. No shock absorption left. When my legs start to ache and feel like I have needles stabbing in them, that is when I know the shoes are worn out and it is time to buy a new pair. I work 5 days a week as a food server. I have had Wal-Mart Skid resistant Shoes, very poor quality, took them back after a week of use. I have owned Shoes for Crews as recommend by Red Lobster Management, they only lasted 8 months with my schedule and not as resistant to slips as Skechers.

I stand on my feet at work for 8 plus hours a day. I have over the years developed some feet problems. These are the only shoes that I can have on all day and still function my duties. I am on my 6th pair as I love them that well. No need to try any others.

Not really slip resistant or comfortable!
I had to go back and look at the SN on these shoes to be sure I was writing a review on the right ones! Wish I could rave about them like most everyone else is, but I can't!
These shoes are very stiff, and not slip resistant. My feet feel sore when I get home from standing all day. You clump around in them when you walk. It feels like the soles don't bend at all.
I don't get blisters, and my feet aren't exactly painful, but I wouldn't say they are comfortable work shoes. I wish I had spent the money elsewhere! I'm disappointed that a pair of Skechers wouldn't be comfortable like I have experienced in the past. Guess they just aren't for work!
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I recommend shoes for crews if you want slip resistance.
