I absolutely love the design of the shoe. However, I tried two sizes and had to send them both back. I thought maybe the 8.5 was too small, but the 9 did the same thing. The heel strap is impossibly short, and there's no way to adjust it. It was really tight around my heel, and it had to sit midway so it kept slipping down. If the heel strap would've had elastic or maybe a buckle, I'd have kept them.

Cute And Comfortable, But Cheaply Made -
This was my first purchase of anything from the Naughty Monkey line. The clasp of the buckle was off center and too short to reach the strap. I am returning this defective shoe ASAP, even though it was really cute and seemingly comfortable with good padding.

 |  | Team Zappos, I ordered my shoes yesterday and was delighted to see that the shipping was upgraded free of charge. A very nice touch. However, I was astounded when I found the shoes at my front door this afternoon. How did you pull that off? No one is this fast… no one. Is there a flying caped Zappos team member drinking espresso shots all night moving shoes about the country?! WOW WOW WOW!!! TEAM ZAPPOS – YOU’VE JUST EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. The only name in my book and blasted all over my face book and twitter is ZAPPOS because I ordered my shoes and ZAP, they were at my door. ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING OVER THE TOP, I’M DANCING AROUND IN MY NEW SHOES! Thank you, thank you, thank you for doing what you do. Bernie “Zappos for life."
