The shoes were a little different than I was expecting. The lighter parts of the shoe can look either gray or brownish depending on the type of light you\'re in. It also took a day or 2 to break them in. They were a little stiff and uncomfortable the first day or so, but then they were fine.

I love these shoes -
I love everything about theses shoes and when I wear them I always get somebody commenting on sweet they are. I couldn't be happier! I have been telling people for a few years now how great Zappos is and that is you want great shoes and clothes, they are place to go. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

Style with surprising fit - I take a 12 narrow shoe. It is impossible to find unique and stylish shoes in narrow sizes, and if you do, they are $200.00 to $300.00 or more. Actually, I have never found shoes with Robert Wayne style for any price. I found my first pair of Robert Wayne shoes, marked 12-D, at a discount store. I tried them with little hope that they would fit, since 12-D shoes usually fall right off my feet. You can't believe my surprise when they fit like a narrow shoe. I got so many compliments on them, and they are so unique, I bought 3 more pair of Robert Wayne's from Zappos. They all fit exactly the same. Please do not change the last to make these shoes!

 |  | I just want to say that I love you guys! Your response time is incredible in every way. I have been ordering from you for many years and tell everyone I know to shop with you. I always get my shoes immediately upon ordering either the very next day or the day after that. Incredible!!! Returning items is easier than anywhere else. And when I screw up an order, you are right there immediately to help out. I'm a fan on Facebook and truly admire your company and even had my cat on your news feed sitting in HIS Zappos box. And I do mean HIS! Keep up the great work as you are an excellent company with excellent employees!
