When ordering these shoes, I got the impression that they would be the same size as my tennis shoes; however, when I got them they were about 2 sizes to small and I had to return the first pair. Now that I got the second pair they still seem to fit pretty snug without much give. My toes seem to be a little scrunched in these shoes. So if you wear a size width D or above, I would not recommend these shoes.

I almost love the shoe -
I had to find some kind of OSHA approved shoe that wasn't a boot. This was the only one I liked. The look of it is awesome, but as far as comfort, it definitely isn't the best. The steel toe still makes it uncomfortable for an all day thing. I had actually ordered the regular width, however had to have them ship me a wide width because of the toe. That helped a little bit but not much. The performance of the shoe however is absolutely wonderful! You definitely don't have to worry about any slipping or falling.

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
