This shoe is awesome. It's a neoprene body which is then covered in rain boot style rubber. Because the outer rubber is a thin coat on top of neoprene it's super flexible. The outer layer is essentially a rubber boot and is completely waterproof. I see womens styles for patterned rain boots all over the place, but men's fashion isn't all about them. This is a cool alternative for men who don't want to rock the rain boot, but want equivalent if low rise protection.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My friend Tim (Concord OH) told me you were THE place to buy shoes and boy was he right! I returned the one pair of New Balance 608's today at the post office. When I filled out the return form online last night, I also ordered another pair in 4E and it arrived at 3:30 pm today! WHAT SERVICE!!! I will be keeping this pair as they fit great! I have an awful time buying shoes, and I appreciate your free return policy. I will be sure to tell everyone that Zappos is THE place to shop online!
