The shoes were perfect and extremely comfortable but I went with the suggestions to size up due to these running small and that was not the case. The shoes were too big when I got them. Luckily, there is such a great return policy (free shipping both ways) that I don\'t mind at all that I took the chance.

I have a wide foot and am having difficulty finding a stylish, comfortable flat that offers good arch support. The description suggested ordering this shoe a 1/2 size up, yet it was too big for me. Unfortunately, the shoe is not available in my size. It is an attractive shoe and I think would have been very comfortable.

Very comfy right out of the box, but odd sizing. I ordered my normal size and half size bigger as noted, and both were too big - my foot fell out of my normal size. I then ordered half size down in regular and wide width, and the shoe was a bit too snug. I ended up returning these due to sizing, but when I tried them out at home, they were comfy from the start, and I really wanted to keep them!

Big and heavy!
Because the product page said the shoe runs a full size small, I orderd 1/2 size bigger and they were way too big. Maybe Fiona runs small for larger sized feet, but if you are in the 6-7 range and need a wide width, order your regular size or even 1/2 smaller. I returned the 7 for my regular size, 6.5 EE and my heel still flops out of them, even with heel guards. Gel arch supports help a bit. And they are quite heavy though, certainly dressy enough for work. I'm glad they seem to work for some people, but be careful if you have narrow ankles.

Comfortable and good looking -
I wore these shoes right out of the box and right to work. These shoes are very comfortable. Needed something comfortable but nice looking for work and these fit the bill. A little higher heel than I wanted, but turned out not to be a big deal. If you are looking for comfort and style for work, this is the shoe for you. I also wear them with my jeans for a casual shoe.

Great foundation -
This is a great and comfortable every day shoe with a fantastic thick and comfy sole. I even wear it with skirts. The one caveat is that a few weeks after purchase it has begun to feel quite wide, and I do like my shoes to hold my feet. I will probably add some heel grips.

Weird sizing -
I ordered the Double wide width, but it barely felt like a single wide width in the toe area. But it was way too wide in the back heel part of the shoe. I have tried way too many shoes lately that say they are wide or double wide and they are barely a medium width in feel. Also it felt like my foot only went down a couple inches inside the shoe, so when I walked it was popping off my heel. The inside of the shoe could've been much deeper. I wish shoe companies would measure real people with Wide width feet before randomly making their shoes.

So comfy!
I have the hardest time finding shoes that fit me and are comfortable. These fit the bill! I wear a 11 WW, but ordered a 12 WW to fit my orthotics in them. They are perfect since my feet swell during the day (the extra size will accommodate that).

Great shoe, but runs too big. I ordered other styles in 1/2 size smaller. They fit great. Very comfortable.

Nice shoe - esp. for women with big feet!
Shoe's nice, with room for orthotics. Simple design and worth the price. Similar to the Dunham - Portside All Leather Slip-On, which I really love! Unfortunately it doesn't come in brown.

I absolutely LOVE, all of Jessica Simpson's shoes! I have the Josette style in 6 pairs, not to mention 2 pair of ballerina slippers and her Joey boots! All of her shoes run a 1/2 size smaller than what I normally wear. In the Josette, I have to get a 1/2 size smaller otherwise after one wear they fall off the back of my feet. But overall I love them.

Comfy, but hot.
I normally wear an 8, but ordered 1/2 size up because of the arch support insert and they were still a 1/2 size too small. I ended up having to take out the removable insole to make them work. Of course, that sort of defeats the purpose of this shoe, but I needed new shoes ASAP. The look is pretty good for such a "sensible" shoe, although they did make my feet hot. Must be the rubber sole.
