I love these! They are sexy to the max. I have no trouble keeping them on my feet. In fact, I can run in them like no tomorrow. They are true to size other than being a smidgen wider then usual. I have gotten many compliments on them.

Takes a little getting used to walking in this type of shoe. Other than that, I love them; they are so cute and fun.

Cute shoes but IMPOSSIBLE to wear! I am the queen of mules-I could run marathons in them, but NOT these. They don't stay on your foot and they are tough to fit your foot around which makes walking in them uncomfortable and flat out awkward. I don't think I will ever buy Guess shoes again after this experience.

Gorgeous shoe, with a tiny fixable problem -
I bought the Desert Panther/Black. It is a very pretty shoe but since the midsole is wood and very smooth so my foot kept slipping out of the shoe when I walked. I bought gel insoles, cut them to fit and problem was solved. What a sexy shoe! Thank you Zappos. An easy transaction once again!

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you.
