These boots are so cute. I bought them for my daughter the fashionista and she (and all her friends) love them! They run a bit small, so we had to return the first pair and get the next size larger. Zappos went above and beyond as far as customer service. They sent the bigger size out and we got them the next day so that my daughter could wear them to an all-important middle school dance. Zappos is so wonderful!

Seriously, I ordered these boots one evening and they arrived the next morning! They fit perfectly and are just as they look in the picture. My daughter wears them constantly. They look cute with leggings and big sweater or short dress.

Zappos is amazing. They are so easy to work with. The customer service is outstanding. My daughter's boots were one size too small so they sent a larger size even before I returned the original pair! They trusted that I would do the return, but they wanted her to have the right size boots, right away. What a treat.

Love them! Average fit with absolutely no arch support. Would recommend getting a size up. Slightly narrow with little calf room. Great boot for the price.

Love these boots! I get a lot of compliments on these boots. I am glad I read the reviews before because I have a larger calf and bought an 8 instead of 7 and am glad I did! They fit perfectly! I don't want to take them off. I would suggest totally buying these, but ordering a size up from your normal size. All Minnetonkas run small.

I received a lot of compliments on these boots. They are very fashionable and stylish! The only complaint I have is that they are hard to get on over jeans and gave me blisters on my heels the first hour I wore them. I have worn them again with not so much pain as I think I probably broke them in a little more.

Even though I had to return this boot it still gets lots of praise from me! Super cute, so much better in person than in picture. I have average calves and the top of these were just too narrow for me. The foot was a lot narrower too, and didn\'t have cushioning like the Tall Lace Up boot. BUT it was really easy to walk in, didn\'t feel like it would need breaking in, and would look fantastic with skirts... *tears* I\'ll try to find a substitute, but I\'ll keep buying Minnetonka!

They are great and so comfy. Slightly a more chestnut color than they look in the picture, and you have to wear them with socks. Otherwise they're true to size.

This shoe is adorable. I am 5 ft tall (very short) and I hate to wear "knee high" boots because they come up past my knee (because my legs are shorter than like, a person who is 5’6”) making them not comfy and making me look super stout. These boots are perfect for a short girl who likes the look of knee high boot without making herself look short. These make my legs look way long, they are super comfy (and true to size. I wear a 6, ordered a 6 and they were perf), and they aren’t super hot (I probably wouldn’t wear them in winter) so they are great with shorts and skirts for the spring/summer.

So disappointed!
I fell in LOVE when I saw these boots! I used to have a pair of boots with fringe in high school that I wore all the time, so really got my hopes up when I saw these. Part rocker, part hippie. But, I knew as soon as I saw them, I should have trusted my gut. Even though I reviewed the measurements before I ordered them, I thought, surely the numbers must be off, as the picture makes them look much taller. Wrong! I can barely get them on, as the top of the boot hits right in the middle of the biggest part of my calf. As if that wasn't enough disappointment, the length and width across the foot are way small. Heading back tomorrow.

I love this boot. This is my third pair of Minnetonka Moccasins. They are so comfortable and you can slip them and go in a hurry. Be careful wearing them in the rain, cold or snow. Don't do it. They provide no warmth and are not water resistant. The water will lead right through. Perfect spring, summer and fall boots. No arch support but they do feel like you're wearing slippers all day and are very comfortable nonetheless. I will continue to buy more Minnetonka’s!

Love them-
I bought these in purple, they are true to size and of course you can see that there is no arch support, but you can buy a larger size and insert a pad and wear with socks. I sometimes have a problem with boots being too narrow, but I got these on and they fit my calf. I had a hard time making up my mind what color to buy. I wanted to buy more than one, but obviously they are not that practical a style and I prefer a higher heeled boot.

Boot not well made -
The inside of this boot has the soul backing not properly put down,because of this,there is a sharp area that cuts the bottom of my foot.I am surprised by this,for I have bought before from that maker,and have found it to be of good quality.
