White mid size -
This is a decent watch in that it is a Timex. It’s good looking and hasn’t faded as I worried the white will do. But...the strap is uncomfortable. It’s not a rubber strap, it’s hard plastic. Some are not quite as hard but this one is. Will check the store before I order again and make sure it’s a different strap.

I have used Zappos for a number of years; however I have thought mostly of this company as an on line shoe store. I recently began ordering other items, such as this Ironman watch, since the weather has been so bad and I felt an online purchase made more sense to me then crashing my car going to my local athletic shop in the snow and ice.
What blew me away was I had my purchase in 2 days; noted I could return it for free if it wasn't what I wanted, and the price was actually $5 lower then I would have paid anywhere else. I know $5 isn't a lot of $'s but if you add up savings over a period of time, you can go out and buy a few more latte's (I live in Seattle).
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Snow boots -Better $'s then other retailers.

 |  | I wanted to thank you for the incredible customer service you've provided in recent weeks. When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
