Super cute!
These are literally the ONLY wide boots I have found. They are really cute and wide enough for my daughter. Love them! And Zappos shipped super fast!

Cute boot...flower appliqué not so much -
I could not believe how quickly these came. I ordered them while the kids were eating supper, had them before lunch the next day. Fantastic! The boot is really cute when worn with pants. There is a shiny design on the leather that wasn't evident in the photos but its fine. The flower patch is not cute...at all, but when covered by pants isn't a problem.

Solid boots -
My daughter has been happy with them overall - maybe a little bit bigger than size in terms of fit. They are sturdy, and she doesn't seem to trip in them, which is good for boots.

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
