This is a nice bag. It is big and can fit a lot of things in it. The strap is comfortable and all, but there are some things I don't like about the bag. One is the clips used to keep the bag closed, they should have had some sort of lock in place clips, not something you have to kind of hook into place. It is hard to slide in and out of where it goes. Also, I don't really care for the huge metal clasp on the side. The pictures don't show it. It looks too big, but isn't too hard to use or adjust. I just hope this bag can do what I want it to. It looks a little big on me since I'm a short and small woman, but only time will tell, and other than those two things it is a great bag! If you need to carry a lot then this is the bag for you. One other thing that would have made the bag better would have been some inside pockets to put things in. Zappos like usual was great, fast and easy!

I purchased this bag to carry my laptop and office supplies from work to home and back. I carry the bag every day and find it to be extremely easy to use and functional. The bottom of the bag has a form to it. That helps keep the bag shape.\r\n\r\nAND - it is all from recycled materials. You would never know it from looking at it - but it is helping the save the environment too.......

I recently ruptured my achilles tendon and had surgery, so I needed a messenger bag to carry the contents of my purse, along with a water bottle, book, etc., while I'm on crutches for the next several weeks. I had high hopes that this bag would do the trick, but I had to return it because it was just too big. I think it's better suited for travel, rather than daily use. I'm 5'10" and a size 8, but I still found it to be too big for my purposes. I also didn't care for the velcro closure. My main complaint with the bag is the strap and the seat belt-like buckle on the strap. The strap is really thick and not easily adjustable. The buckle is heavy and frustrating to close. I wound up purchasing a Sherpani bag, which Zappos also carries, and it is exactly what I need. It has a more feminine appearance and is not as bulky...

This bag ROCKS! I had been looking for a new bag for a while when I looked on Zappos for Keen bags. I’ve been a huge fan of Keen boots for a long time and didn’t realize that Keen made bags. It fits well on my back whilst walking in stride, and balances well. I would say the bag not only looks good, but works better in function. In short, a HIGHLY recommended bag for everyday & traveling purposes.

I will probably be using this bag as my carry on when I go to Paris this summer. It is very roomy, well organized with various pockets, on the inside, deep inside and on the sides for water bottles. The padded strap is great for carrying a heavy load. It is quite long, so I find that as a handbag, it is a bit cumbersome but works well for a long day out in the city.

Love this bag!
This bag is well-made, has plenty of organization, and accommodates my 17" laptop (though it doesn't have a special padded area for these). I've finally given up my ratty old backpack. Also nice that it's all recycled materials, but that's secondary. I was a little worried about purchasing a black bag due to cat hair etc. getting on it but it doesn't seem to attract much gunk. Perhaps my favorite part is that the big front flap has a large velcro attachment so you don't have to fumble with the hooks if you don't want to.

Messenger Bag -
I went through so many book bags until someone told me about this bag. It is so much easier to carry by books and it is sturdier.
