They definitely have no support, but they’re really cute. I wore the Silver pair for my wedding, as my husband is only a little taller than I am, and I wanted to not tower over him. They were perfect with my dress, and I got lots of compliments! My feet fit very well, I'm a true 10 with average width, and my feet are tapered in the toes, so I'm always able to wear pointed toe shoes or shoes that are narrower, and these fit perfectly! Since I'm used to flip flops, the fact that they had no support didn't bother me at all!

What these shoes don't lack in style they DEFINITELY lack in QUALITY! I bought these cute shoes in black and red only to be disappointed...They are poorly structured and the sole! I don't even want to start on that! The sole is made of some type of foam based material...I've only had them for about 2 weeks and have maybe worn them a handful of times and the sole is wearing fast!!! I'm so bumbed out that Steve Madden would produce such quality...And then they’re not even LEATHER to top it off! I mean if they're not leather, cool but to charge you the price that they do?!

Your standard quality Steve madden shoe -
I’ve never really been a fan of Steve madden shoes. I think they lack in quality but never in style. It's a great looking flat for everyday use but is not the most comfortable. There is pretty much no shape to the shoe, no arch support but lots to style. I think I'll be staying away from Steve madden shoes. Regardless of how cute they look.

I have these in red and really like them. I always wear a size 8-1/2, but the 9 fits me perfectly. I would like it if the top of the shoe came down just a tiny bit more; there’s just a bit of toe cleavage, but not enough to bother me too much. They look great with jeans or capris.

Cute shoes but I ordered my true size and they pinched badly on the top of the foot. I sent them back.

I haven't worn them yet, but...
Just wanted to let everyone know that they seem to run a bit small. It's probably best to get a 1/2 size larger than what you normally wear.

Sweet!
Great looking shoes. Cut small -- I ordered 1/2 size up but could have used a full size up. I suspect they will be better when broken in. They are keepers.

Cute and relatively comfy -
The shoes are definitely very good looking, and I am completely satisfied in that respect. The fake snakeskin doesn't look cheap or anything.
They are fairly comfortable, but after wearing them for an entire day, they started pinching at my heels, and they are also a little scratchy at the heels. However, they haven't given me any blisters or long lasting discomfort, so I'd say they're okay for comfort, but not great.

Probably the best shoe buy I have made in the last year. They match everything and are so much better than a flip flop. Make sure to order a half size up.

Great flats -
I loved this flat...the only problem I had was when they were brand new, they really did pinch my toes...I had to buy a size 8 though I’m normally a size 7 1/2. I really loved how they look and would definitely recommend the black ones for everyday use!

Not Leather -
The review of this flat says leather upper however, much to my dismay, it was a manmade upper - in other words - it will not stretch or conform to your foot. I returned for another pair of flats. Too bad - cute shoe but too expensive for non-leather.

I SO wanted to keep these boots. They were exactly the mix of sexy, funky, yet traditional I wanted for work or play. Heel good, sole good, but the shaft leather, especially at the ankle joint was SO stiff. As I walked around the house the zipper area started to dig into my inner ankle. I didn't want to risk over-wearing the boots in an attempt to "break" the leather in. So they went back. Boo Hoo. Bottom line: if you can be comfortable with a firm-shafted boot that seems it will stay rigid, these are for you. If you want supple leather that will move with your natural ankle bendiness so you can move comfortably, these are not the answer.

I love the shoe in pewter. This color is beautiful. The shoe is totally flat with no support but is otherwise comfortable. I am always on size with shoes but had to exchange for a half size up on these.

The shoe looks great. They fit just right to my size (6 1/2). The only thing I found a bit annoying is that the inner lining of the shoe peels away very easily.

Brown and Snakey--cute!
I bought this in brown. It is a very handsome shoe and the color is well-represented in the picture. It is a bit shinier than I had hoped but trust it will rub down with wear. Very comfortable and pliant, but narrow. Definitely order a half-size up. I also have a concern my feet might sweat b/c the upper is man-made, though it is fall and I haven't had a problem yet. No arch support, but looks great--with jeans or slacks/skirts for work. I would buy the black if it wasn't so shiny...

Great flats -
I just got these flats and I really love them. I got the pewter color and it is fantastic, metallic enough to really be special, especially with the subtle snake print, but not a glaring, tacky silver. They look amazing with jeans, I'm really happy with them. The only problem I have is that they feel a little narrow to me -- not enough to make me return them, but they could be a little more comfortable. But all in all these are wonderful flats!

Nice but runs small -
I agree with the other reviewer, you may want to order up half a size. This shoe is lovely it is just that if you like extra toe room your regular size may not fit. I got the silver pair and now I am thinking about the purple.

Order at least 1/2 size larger.
These are the perfect black flat skimmer. They feel like they run a 1/2 a size small, so I am going to send them back to see if I can get the 8.5. After looking for a long time, I am very pleased to find something that is sleek and stylish and still neutral enough to go with a wide variety of things.

 |  | I greatly appreciate that at Zappos, "customer service" means exactly that, with gracious efficiency. I realized I had misread a review. So I requested a cancellation which was successfully completed even though the shoe had apparently left the warehouse. The personable young lady who helped me performed a successful "rescue." I was not too optimistic. What a delightful surprise. Thank you again, Zappos! (If only some government agencies could learn from your example! I've been trying for 2 years to get copies of my birth certificate corrected! I'll just buy more shoes instead.)
