I've worn Vasque shoes for years and have never had a complaint. However, these particular shoes were 1/2 size undersized and had an extremely hard, uncomfortable insole (at least for me). I hope this isn't the case with the entire newer Vasque line. Couldn't wear them and they were returned.

Such outstanding service like this is extremely rare, and just wanted to let you folks know how much I appreciate it. I just received the Old Gringo cowboy boots that I had to exchange for a larger size, and they are simply awesome! You guys are without question, the absolute best!
