Very soft leather. The first time I wore this shoe was to go dancing, and they were extremely comfortable. True to size.

I recently thought I had waited too long to think about a pair of sandals with a nice heel to wear to a wedding. On the Thursday before a Saturday wedding, I went to Zappos and found the perfect pair, but just knew it would be too late to get them before the wedding. Zappos, you really came through for me! You shipped them overnight and I received them the next day in plenty of time. I love my new Donald Pliner dress sandals, and am so grateful they arrived with time to spare. I have placed several orders with Zappos and have had wonderful service every time. Thanks, Zappos!

Very cute and comfy shoes. Seemed true to size. Wore them to a wedding recently, and was comfortable the whole evening.

I turned to you for service because you have been so prompt and friendly with my previous orders. My latest order was somewhat urgent because I use a toaster oven for most of my hot meal preparations and my 10 year old machine suddenly burned out. I was willing to wait for a ground shipment of 3-4 days, but no, not only did you have the
item I needed in stock, but you e-mailed me that it will be priority shipped just because you like me as a customer! Jeez, make me feel special. Not only have I educated my friends and family how awesome you are, I just posted a notice on our company viewing board (7,500 employees) touting your services.
