Zappos customer service is the best around. I got my shoes in one day and could send them back free of charge if they did not fit! Their people are super helpful and wonderful to work with. I try to get all my shoes from them!

This is my daughter's second pair of these basketball shoes. The sizing is mens, so she took a size 8 rather than a womens size 9. She loves the fit and of course the color change option.

I ordered these for my son, based on the positive reviews they had. Just kept my fingers crossed, and they did not disappoint. He loves them; uses them for basketball, he says they are lightweight and comfortable with good support. He sometimes has a problem with tightness around the ankle with hightop sneakers, but not these. Felt good right out of the box.

The shoes came before time which is always good and the are very comfortable. I love Zappos and all the customer service representatives they hire to run the business. The shoes I had were run down and old. I need to go to a job but needed shoes. I ordered late in the afternoon and they still came the next day like they were next door the whole time. Thanks Zappos and keep up the great work.

Great pair of shoes! I play basketball every single day for my high school and club team along with training and these shoes have been extremely durable and comfortable. GREAT TRACTION and amazing ankle support. The best pair of shoes on the market at this price! A+++

Pro Model Tour...
Love the look, fun to change the stripes. Lots of cushion, but for some reason the foot bed does not fit my foot well. Also, they are not true to size, I had to move up to a 10 vs my normal 9 1/2 which could account for the weird feel on my foot. That said, still love them.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Big fan of Clarks and New Balance are comfortable.

Fit feels and looks great. Great ankle support and the comfort is superb. The shoe looks clean and runs great on the court.

Better than expected -
I have gotten quite a few complements on these puppies. Changing colors is really cool since I really like to match them with Rays and Gators colors. They are also very comfortable. I usually wear a ten with a little more room than I need since most of the time 9.5s are too small. I ordered a ten and they fit PERFECT. So go with your up size.

I really liked this bag at first. It was the perfect size and design for my life style. Aesthetically, I didn't care for the lighter colored; ribstop fabric used on the organizer portion, but liked everything else. I quickly realized that, not only was the lighter fabric aesthetically unpleasing, it was impractical. Within about a month the fabric on the inside of the flap began to fray from contact with the Velcro and by three months holes were ripped into the inside fabric of the flap above and below the Velcro. I am very disappointed that this bag will probably not last six months. My last bag (from Eagle Creek) lasted for six years and I only replaced it because it was a bit too small. Good thing I didn’t get rid of it; I’ll need it when the Velcro completely tears out of my Placer bag.
