I bought these sandals for a trip to Zambia. They were my airport, airplane, rest time, bus trip, Victoria Falls, game park shoes and were fabulous. Very comfortable, sturdy, easy to clean, wear-all-day shoes. A friend recommended them to me and I am recommending them to others. Thanks!

I LOVE these shoes... they have become my favorite to wear all summer! Very comfortable and no break in period needed. I have walked all over the Berkshires with my Earth Acadias. Will definitely get the winter version. I wear a 7 1/2 and these only come in whole sizes so I went with the next size up (8)... I am now glad I did.

I have worn Teva sandals in the past and loved them, and I love these Earth sandals just as much. Just before I got these, I was walking around on some busted old flip flops with no support. My feet hurt every day. I got these and just recently went to a concert in another state. We were tailgating and dancing all day and night with no foot pain! Very cool. I highly recommend these.

These are good sandals for everyday. I have some foot problems and these don't make my feet hurt at all. Very comfortable. I have 2 pairs of them now.

Very comfortable shoe. If you've never worn Earth shoes you may want to wear yours an hour or two at a time for a few days to get used to the negative heel. You'll notice them work your calves and improve your posture. I wore mine all day on my day off and did great. Very well worth the money. Healthy shoe, happy feet!

The earth Acadia are great shoes. They fit like a glove. Each strap is adjustable, giving each shoe a perfect fit. I have many issues with my feet and yet I find these shoes, and my other Earth shoes to be the most comfortable.

Very comfortable -- feels like a Teva sandal, but with the Earth footpad (that I require because of Neuroma in my toes). My big criticism of Earth is that the soles are not appropriately rugged for outdoor use (never mind the "Earth" title on them). The soles of these sandals are better than most, but still not as gripping as a Teva. Also, the straps are quite long. I have wide feet, but still, there is a lot of excess strap sticking out, so much so that they hit each other even if my feet are within 2'' of each other.

I depend on the Zappos reviewers when picking my shoes. I am reordering the Acadia in my true size which is an 8. I ordered it a size smaller due to earlier reviewer’s comments. I could get the 7 on, but it was so tiny. I don't think they come in have sizes I was not looking forward to the negative heel experience, but I can tell these are going to be comfortable shoes. I have ball of foot issues and a large bunion on my left foot and I am sure I will be able to walk well in these when I get them in correct size. Overall 5 * except for size.

Was a little hesitant to purchase Earth shoes. Not sure about the negative heel thing... these sandals are extremely comfortable! Even wearing them for an eight hour workday! True to size. The fit was perfect!

These earth sandals are great! They fit well, and are quite comfortable. A little "chunky" looking, even on thin feet, but the plusses outweigh that. Would recommend.

Great Sandals!
I had a pair of Earth Shoes in the 70's and loved them. These are really nice, well constructed, the first day, wore them the whole day. The Acadia has a great arch, that is what makes you wear them they are so comfortable. I wear an 8 1/2 so I ordered a 9 little to long maybe next try an 8.

Great for all-around, all day wear. Super-comfortable and easy to clean. I was a little worried because I usually have to wear wide width, but they're made to have space for your toes to spread for comfort, so even MY toes had plenty of space. They work great for outdoor wear and are comfortable in lots of walking.

Great walkers -
I wear a 9 shoe but correctly ordered 1/2 size down for this sandal. It is great for walking distances, but I still get rubbing of the straps on the little toe; some adjusting of the straps will fix that. And it is not a problem with my bunions.
