The shoe is a very good looking shoe. It does fit a bit small width wise. I ordinarily fit an 8 1/2 Wide. The shoe was too small. I ordered the 8 1/2 WW and it fit...just. The shoe looks nice on.

Very comfy and a beautiful shoe! I got the navy and it's just the right shade - not so bright that it's a royal blue, but not so dark that it looks black. The elastic on the highest strap gives this shoe a lot of comfort and flexibility, despite it being synthetic. It's easy to dress up or down and the padding in the footbed makes it very cushy on the feet. I will buy Annie's again!

Disappointed!
I have ordered many different styles of Annie shoes before. My foot is very wide but the EE has always accommodated me except for this shoe. It felt a lot narrower. The shoe is darling and would have loved to have kept it had it fit!

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
