I have not had a chance to wear my new Fitzwell Yana but have tried them around the house and they feel great. I was worried about the pointed toe because I had never worn such a point. No need to worry, the shoe fits great and there is no squeezing in the toe area. As usual, I received prompt service from Zappos. I order all my shoes from Zappos because of the great service.

This shoe is sophisticated-looking and the leather is good quality. Heel is slim and not too high. Wore them all day at the office and my feet didn't hurt at the end of the day. Looks good with everything.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. The heel is a good height for tall people because it's not too tall. I would definitely recommend them; they are great for work and some other occasions.

Every time I wear these shoes, I get compliments on them. They are very comfy, but run a size big, so order a size smaller than you normally wear.

This is a classic black patent pump. The heel is a nice height for professional work and evening wear. The Fitzwell gel cushion is a wonderful addition. The toe is a bit "witchy-poo" looking (for me). They are keepers based on their heel height, their classic black patent good looks, and their good fit (size 11).

This is an extremely comfortable shoe. I am a teacher and struggle with finding professional looking shoes that I can comfortably walk in. This fits the bill. I would definitely order a half size up like other reviewers suggest. I ordered these shoes and had them on my doorstep the next day. Zappos is great that way! I will order again.

Got these shoes for an upcoming trip next week. Love the look, but there were two minor flaws in the shoes. A wrinkle in the top of the right shoe and a small bump on the heel of the left shoes. I would return these, but really do need them in a couple of days. Otherwise they are as described. I'm sure I'll be only one who is aware of the flaws.

Classic Pump - These shoes are uber-comfortable for a pair of pointy-toed pumps. It felt great right out of the box, and I usually wear flats, so it was a pleasant surprise. The shoe looked well constructed and felt even better than some designer shoes I've tried on before. Some reviewers recommended ordering a size up, so I ordered both 5.5 and 6 and found that the 5.5 fit very well, and was wide enough. The only problem I have with the shoe is that the pointy toe seems a little long and made me look like I was going to stab someone with the tip of my shoe. Other than the that, the cushioning and fit of the shoe is remarkable and works well as a classic pump for day or night.

I love these shoes. They really live up to their name, Fitzwell. I think they are the best fitting and probably most comfortable heels I've ever owned. They are also pretty true to size.

I love the way these shoes look and the way I feel when I put them on. I have a wide foot and the opportunity to wear girly-girl shoes does not come often. Unfortunately, I still can't wear them for very long periods of time without some discomfort and I bought them in a size larger than I normally wear taking the suggestion from other reviewers. I was tempted to return them before wearing, but I really want these shoes to work. Hopefully I can break them in.

Great looking shoes & comfortable despite the pointy toe. I ordered a size up and they're just about right. I'm not a "heel" person, usually wearing flats so I need to learn to walk in them. Wouldn't mind having another pair in a different color. Anyway, I'd highly recommend this shoe. It actually makes my big feet look smaller and will be a good dress shoe, very classy. And, Zappos - I don't think I've ever had such fast service. I think they were at my door the day after ordering. Great job!

I ordered these looking for stylish, yet classy, navy, leather career shoes with a lower heel. Skeptical of the pointy toe I thought I'd try them. I have worn them around my home now several times and they're amazingly comfortable inspite of my foot being on the slightly wide side. I did order half size larger. I felt I had nothing to lose by trying them.

I like the styling of these shoes but as someone who has wide feet. The regular W was not wide enough for me. I hope I can break them in but I have had other shoes that were more comfortable.

These are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have bought in a long time. Sizing was just right - I have wide feet, and the 9W fit perfectly (no need to "break in" these shoes!) Built-in gel insert felt a little strange at first, but I quickly got used to it. Overall, these are fabulous shoes for a great price!

I purchased these shoes because I was unable to find a decent kitten heel pump in red anywhere locally. The red is not too bright and they'll look good with much of my wardrobe. The heel is lower than I'm used to, but they are comfortable. I wore them 6 hours straight on my feet the first day, and felt great! The size was true to fit my 9.5 M foot.

Not happy at all...Kept them because when I first tried them they seemed fine...After wearing them one day, my feet were twice the size from swelling...I have a normal med. width foot, and these are not good...Keep in mind I also sit all day, not recommended...

I'm very satisfied with the look, comfort, and price of these shoes. I'm always surprised at how difficult it is to find decent, affordable, professional, closed-toe shoes for work. I was happy to find these. The heel is cute and trendy yet low enough to walk and stand comfortably.

Great Looking Comfortable Pump -
I love these shoes! I've searched high and low, at many more expensive price points, to find a comfortable and attractive patent leather pump that looks good on my foot and leg. These are the best I've found. I can wear them for hours and they never hurt my feet, even though they have pointed toes. While I have a medium width foot, most pointy shoes tend to be too narrow. These are just perfect. And the patent leather is soft and gives on your foot, unlike many stiffer patent shoes I've tried. I plan to buy them in more colors!

I have wide feet and this shoe feels wonderful! I wore it to work for over 9 hours and my feet felt great. Plus my younger daughter likes them (and that is a stamp of approval!).

Very pretty and thank God they come in wide width. The low heel is very nice. They are great for formal settings -- work (business formal dress code) for example.
I don't wear heels often, but these I wear much more often than others. I love them.
