I'm happy! Very comfortable. They fit perfectly! Nice snug fit. Reminds me of my Keens which I wear sans socks and my feet are always toasty. I think these will do the same. I'm very happy and Zappos even expedited my shipping!

I love this shoe, I have received so many compliments. I like to buy shoes that are unique without being weird. I also wanted a shoe that could go with work pants and with jeans. I wear these shoes every day, they are so comfortable. I purchase shoes about every 6 months for everyday wear so I want quality that will hold up. I wear them without socks and they have kept my feet warm even as the weather has started to turn. When I make my next shoe purchase I will definitely look at Tsubo. And as always Zappos service was superb!

This is a great shoe. I pretty much live in it. Very comfortable. I even do my lunchtime walk in it sometimes. This is my third experience with Tsubo shoes. (I\'ve had two pairs of the Pinzer style and loved it, too!) I think I\'ll probably get a second pair of the Ruti, too.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Spain. I was looking for a comfortable walking shoe. I wore these shoes for an entire day straight out of the box. The only problem is that they don't seem to breathe well and my feet were hot and got sweaty. They will be a great cooler weather shoe, but I won't be taking them to Spain this summer. Sizing was exactly right for my foot.

They fit great, I have slightly narrow feet. Comfort right from the start and good for working and taking a hike spontaneously.

I happened upon these shoes (in black) at a shop in Washington, D.C., where I vacationed in mid-April. They are comfortable and stylish and are a nice balance between a sneaker and a shoe. I plan on wearing them throughout the spring/summer. They fit true to size, and the neoprene makes for a snug fit. The Ruti shoes are a nice alternative to a traditional sneaker.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
