The shoes I recently ordered for my husband were too big. The customer service person was extremely helpful (and nice!) in helping me return those and sending the correct size promptly. I have always had excellent service from Zappos. The free shipping is awesome, too! I will certainly continue to use Zappos.

An updated classic. These are not my old college day DM's. Sharp looking and lighter. I wear these to work with dress khakis and on the weekend with jeans. They are a little tight on my foot but most shoes are and they will stretch.
