Better for back pain than MBT's - I originally got MBT's for posture correction to help with low back pain. I noticed that I was forced forward with MBT's. With EARTH shoes, the design helps you to stand straighter. And, although you're leaning slightly back, you feel no pressure on your heels because of the 'negative heel' technology. Wish I'd have bought these to begin with!!!
