These shoes are more comfortable than they look, but they do run a half size smaller.

I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy. The exchange arrived the NEXT DAY at no extra charge! That is the best service I've ever received from an internet company!
