Dear Zappos Customer Service, I am so incredibly impressed and thankful for your great customer service. I ordered my shoes on Sunday (Monday was a holiday) and by 10am my shoes were at my door. I am grateful for the upgraded shipping. I leave on vacation Saturday and wasn't sure they would make it on time. What a great surprise for me. This is my third experience with Zappos. Each experience has been great! I recommend Zappos to all my friends. Good customer service is hard to find these days, let alone great customer service. Thanks for all you great customer service!
