Great, comfy slipper. Bought these for my dad and he loves them. Dog pictures on the inside of the shoe are real cute and you can wear them in and outside.

Style changed, now uncomfortable. I bought this same slipper a year ago and was pleased. Unfortunately they seemed to have changed the style of the slipper. It is now very uncomfortable. They raised the height of the slipper by nearly an inch. The back of the slipper now rubs very uncomfortably on the back of my ankle. The sides also rub. The thickness of the sole has also been increased, much heavier and thicker than I prefer in a slipper. It is as if Old Friend's has changed the style from a slipper to more of a casual shoe. The slipper I found so comfortable a year ago is now unwearable for me, and I returned it.

The previous pair I owned only lasted 5 years. Since then Old Friend has added a durable sole to the Terry Cloth Moccasin. I am expecting better service from the new ones. A very comfortable slip on.

First of all I really appreciate Zappos. I have ordered a few times and their service is the Best! Now the slippers seemed about a half size too small, however, I ordered them in the summer and my better half has not really worn them very much so I’m not sure if they'll stretch a bit. They are very cushiony (if that's a word :) and he really loves them!

My husband wears slippers all the time and his old ones just got a hole in the bottom. I headed off to the mall to replace them. I went to all the major department stores and no slippers. They seem to only carry them at Christmas time. I buy my shoes from Zappos all the time but I never even thought about them for his slippers. When I got home I looked on Zappos and selected these. They are great and I really like that they have a rubber sole so he can step outside if he wants to. He seems very happy with them. Wish I had thought about Zappos before running all over the mall. I sure will next time.

Perfect Fit...
The first time I put these slippers on it felt just as the name implies "Old Friend". I sometimes don't know I have them on. I go out to get the mail, and walk around the yard with ease. I am a diabetic and the doctor doesn't want me to walk around without shoes on and these fit the bill. I would buy another pair when I wear these out.

Really a True Friend -
What a great pair of moccasin type slippers. I wear them constantly indoors. They fit very comfortable the day I received them and at times it doesn't feel I have them on. The looks are exactly what I saw on your website and I will definitely purchase this brand again as long as the inner part of the slipper does not change. The terrycloth material again is very comfortable and feels like a soft towel is constantly wrapping my feet in warmth and comfort. I recommend this type, and brand of moccasin sleeper to anyone.

Finally I have found a boot that I can zip up all the way! YIPPEE! In order to have the boot fit in the calf I had to order up a half size in the shoe. (My foot size 7-7.5 is not in proportion to my well endowed calf size.) Over all I have VERY happy these boots.

Love, love, love Danskos! The black patent is beautiful and so comfortable. I am a flight attendant and on my feet for 13 hours a day sometimes. These are always comfortable and I would pay twice this price without blinking an eye!

Best slippers -
I have had the fleece slippers for a year, and they're just as good now as when I bought them. All seams are still intact. They are the first thing I put on when I get home from work. Too hot for summertime, but that's okay. It gives them a rest. Am buying the terry lined for my son. Can probably wear them year round.

My Husband Loves These -
In reading the reviews, we took the advice of many people and sized up and that was perfect. He's never worn this type of shoe/slipper before and it didn't take him long to love them. But, I can't leave a review than doesn't mention the customer service that Zappos provided. We were blown away at how quickly these came, and their return policy is outstanding. This is my first purchase with them but will definitely come back to Zappos again in the future and highly recommend them!

The perfect Moc for those that don't like fleece inners. Very comfortable, not stiff, feels worn in from the first try. Cushion footbed adds comfort and some arch support. Keeps my feet warm, but not too hot -- with socks or without. Only complaint is the light color, which will stain easily over time, I'd have preferred a darker color option.

My husband loves them - These moccasins are everything I expected and more. Everyone else on the site was raving about them so I ordered a pair for my husband. He loves them. The fit was perfect. He wears a 12 and the size 12 was accurate for him. Great shoe, great comfort, great price, and they showed up on my doorstep incredibly fast. Would be great for Christmas gifts.

Pleasantly surprised -
I didn't think my husband would find these slippers comfortable. He has a wide foot, but these slippers were wide enough for him. I just ordered a half size larger (cause they tend to run a bit small, which I know from wearing the women's old friend slippers). But he loves them. Was thinking of getting him another warmer pair of Old Friends for the winter.

Old Friend's Moccasin -
Bought these for a birthday gift for my husband-who has serious circulation issues. These specific moccasins are truly the only shoe that he can wear on a daily basis that do not hurt. I can only say how grateful I am to find another pair - so that he can wear the older pair around the house-and the new pair when out.

My husband’s best friend -
I bought my husband a pair of these slippers five years ago and he loves them more than me. He wears them everyday. If he could he would wear them to bed. The other day I noticed they look kind of shabby. I asked him to let me see those slippers. When he handed them to me I could not believe what shape they were in. He had a hole in the back of the heel. Knowing that his birthday is just around the corner I knew what I had to do. I went on line to see if I could order another pair. I went the same co, I had ordered them before but much to my surprise they no longer carried them. I began a search and found them. Thank you for keeping my husbands best friend available.

Close, but not quite -
The overall assessment is they are a great shoe. They are an excellent quality product and reasonably priced. For me personally, they came up just a bit short, for two reasons only.
1) They were not available in a wide enough width, I needed the 3E width.
2) For the width I purchased (Wide), the tread of the sole was not the full width of the sole; therefore it felt like you were stepping on something under your foot. It did not fully cover the bottom of your foot (or mine anyways).
My son has them now, but he agrees with my feelings about the sole. Other than that he likes them.

Very comfortable and the sole allows me to use them outside occasionally. I wear size 11.5 but had to order size 13 for them to fit.

Bought these for my husband, who has chronically cold feet and wears slippers a LOT around the house. He loves them - they are comfortable and warm, but breathe so as not to become funky. I love that they are washable, too. Great choice.

Excellent slippers.
I ordered these for my husband - knowing that he never likes anything. We received them quickly. He tried them on but thought they were too tight. I told him to wear them a few days - they are suede and they will stretch. After a few days - he thinks these are the best slippers he has ever owned.
