Cute - open shoe!! Since I had foot surgery no more open toe shoes. I asked the Zappos loyalty team to help by recommending new brands -- they did! I teach high school and was the class adviser for 2009 - so, I had to walk across the football field, leading the students. Luck had it I wore my robe and hood - but I wanted comfortable, but good looking shoes, also a heel that would not puncture the Astroturff and make me trip!! Romika Granada 10 was perfect - and the shoe is definitely unique. The color is between an off-white and a beige - the etching on the back is eye-catching. I received a pair (another brand) that did not work with my new feet - so I ordered these shoes late afternoon. Wow-with Zappos I received these shoes the next day, house tested them, and knew they would be perfect. The size and width seem true - I wear 37 - no problems. Now, after my foot surgery, I can shop with confidence - knowing that Zappos is there for me! I am a proud Zappos VIP and a bonus is free next day shipping "until pigs fly." And now I have a new favorite brand.

Too small -
These look nice and seem well made. The size 40 (9 to 9 1/2) is definitely more of a 9 and none of a 9 1/2, so the pair I got is too small for me.

 |  | Wow. Now THAT'S service. My husband has used your shoes for the past few years, since he found this particular Nike brand that worked well. He's retiring on the 30th after 32 years with UPS (never took a sick day, never missed work, and never had an accident or injury. He was last year's Utah Driver of the Year) and I told him he just HAD to get some new shoes for the occasion. They'll honor him for a few minutes before everyone takes off for the work day, so we were worried if they'd get here in time. He's told lots of UPS'ers about his shoes, and your site. Thanks for your excellent service. We'll continue using your site over all others because of your attention to detail and your excellent track record.
