These are extremely comfortable sandals. My only complaint is with the top strap that goes across the lower part of the foot. It is very loose on my foot. However, the lower, underneath strap and the one that goes across the arch fit well and keep my foot in place.

Incredible sandals. Soft, sturdy, well worth the money. We just came back from 8 days at Disney and Universal Studios and there was a lot of walking. These sandals were comfortable from day one. I highly recommend them. The fit was perfect for me.

I had a really tough time finding good looking comfortable sandals to fit my long narrow (11AA) feet and these fit the bill perfectly. I\'ve been wearing them almost everyday!

The Softwalk Basilia are very comfortable! Like walking on little pillows. These are probably the most comfortable shoes I've bought in 10 years. They are a nice style on a thin foot. Not too clunky. You can wear with any casual outfit. I'd say a good buy for the money. I'm very satisfied.

I bought the sandals about a month ago and just love them. I wear them all day at work and they are very comfortable. They are true to size. I bought a 6WW and it fits perfectly. I normally have to but 1/2 size bigger, but know with these sandals.

Awesome shoe. Well worth every penny. I have a short wide foot and rarely find a shoe wide enough without getting at least one size larger than I need. Not so with this one. When I reorder it (and I surely will) I will probably not get the EE, which is almost too wide. This is an extremely comfortable shoe. Zappos.com is a marvelous company to deal with - efficient, fast and accommodating. Thank you!

I was looking for a stylish sandal that was not a thong. I thought the style of this sandal was very unique. And most importantly it is very comfortable. The footbed is cushy almost like an egg crate. In fact it is so airy when walking you occasionally make surprising noises! I purchased the nubuck a half-size larger than I normally wear and the fit is perfect. I love this sandal.

SoftWalk Basilia are true to size and extremely comfortable. I keep them in the car after a long day of closed or heeled shoes; they\'fe a soft, wonderful feel on my feet.

Very comfortable and cute on. The inner soles are extremely cushiony and great for walking. I like the easy slip-on, slip-off aspect too. I have a narrow foot, so it\'s nice to have the narrow selection.

I have very wide feet and have a hard time finding sandals that don’t tear up my feet. These sandals at EE width are soooo roomy & comfortable. This is my shoe & sandals forever.

I have worn many Softwalk shoes. Started when I had a heel spur and they helped greatly, and another reason being, they come in narrow widths and I have a very narrow heel and find it very difficult to find shoes. I have found that the last few pairs of Softwalks, the foot bed does not last as long as the first ones of several years ago did. The only thing I don’t like is the foot bed soils easily also. I am always looking for a new style in a lower heel. Sandal or one for winter. Zappos is great with their service and would recommend Softwalks and have given Zappos website to many. Basislia style is nice, and am enjoying it for the summer.

These were so very comfortable right out of the box, I wear wide and the width was perfect. I took them on a trip to the Middle East in the summer and they were really wonderful, comfortable and kept foot cool. The only thing is that the nubuck is not so easy to clean off, but other than that, these are really great. I got black and they go with everything. love the zappos policy and sending them right away, so convenient.

I have extremely wide, flat feet and ordered the sandal in Cork Striker Nubuck 9.5 WW. Length was good and width was decent, however, the leather part that wraps around the pinky toe was very tight and sharp/rough on both shoes and cut my toe funny. The insole is extremely soft and comfortable, but there is no arch support at all. Unfortunately I will be returning these. It's too bad because they are very cute and stylish. As always, Zappos service has been great.

These sandals are just so cute!! And even better, they are very comfortable. I have come to the stage of life where comfort comes first, but it is great to find comfortable sandals that also look good. I can wear them all day and do a significant amount of walking with no problems. I am very satisfied with them.

Very comfortable shoes right out of the box. The inside sole is very soft and feels great on your feet. My feet are wide, I ordered EE width and found them to be comfortable for me, but some people may find them too wide. Zappos has a great return policy though, so I never worry about sending anything back. Thank you!

BEST shoes I have ever worn! Planning to get them in black and have them in beige. I can’t take them off! I have a narrow foot and they fit true to size. What’s more - they are so comfortable to walk in. BEST I have EVER bought and they don’t look like orthopedic heavy shoes. They are stylish, light, easy on the legs, fit perfectly, and best investment on comfort.

After wearing these shoes for several weeks now, I have discovered a few things about these sandals. 1) The soles of the shoes are incredibly cushy and comfortable. 2) The shoes seem to run wider than the normal wide, so if you only need a bit of width, the M or W may be good for you, rather than the WW I decided to purchase, which is far too wide for my only slightly wide foot. 3) Though this may be due to the fact that my foot slides all over because these are too wide, the ropes across the top tend to become a nuisance after several hours and leave a mark. It hasn’t caused me to stop wearing them, but could be bothersome to some. Overall, I believe this is a good shoe, but could be styled a bit less clunky looking. They feel light, but don’t necessarily look it, in my opinion. I’m not sure I’ll be rushing out to buy another pair, but am relatively pleased with the one pair I do own.

This is an incredibly comfortable sandal, like walking on little clouds. I wear them all the time. Bought several colors. I have bad ankles and with living on the beach, I need a comfortable sandal that also looks stylish. These fit the bill. Sandal was true to size. Some other SoftWalk styles were a big longer, but these were definitely true.

Like walking on air!! These shoes are walk-in ready right out of the box! The egg-crate lining is very soft and makes walking feel so good! I highly recommend this shoe. I ordered my regular shoe size 9.5 AA.

These shoes are very comfortable, wish they had a little bit more arch support. They are almost like wearing a pair of slippers, very soft and no breaking in time. Zappos was great, I had returned another pair of shoes and got these instead, Zappos was great.

9 1/2 WW, black - fits true to size of other SoftWalk shoes. Doesn't have the annoying whooshing sound that I have experienced on many other SoftWalk styles (hooray for that!). They looked a little stiff straight out of the box but they were actually quite comfy from the first wearing. I like them and wear them frequently.

I love these shoes. I thought the price was a little high but took a chance. I wear a size 7 N; I even need a AAA in the heel of my shoes at times. I am younger and hate that most shoes that fit great are not the most stylish. But these shoes fit great and look good too. I am a Soft Walk fan. Don't take the word of others. Order them, try them on and see for yourself. Returns are free!! Happy walking.

Very comfortable and don't require a break-in period. I have high arches and little fat padding in the balls of my feet and these shoes were specifically recommended for their padding. I have a few pairs of Softwalk shoes and they do seem to help.

 |  | I just wanted to write in because I have placed many orders in the last couple of months and returned several of the pairs. I am leaving for a trip to Paris in a couple of weeks and I've been searching for the right pair. I've not had much luck, but I wanted to let you guys know that it isn't because I've been unhappy with my shopping experience with Zappos. Quite the opposite actually. Because your customer service and purchasing/returning policy is so great - I just keep coming back. So thank you, for making life easier for those of us who lack the time to run around to the various shoe stores around town.
