This is a beautiful shoe and very comfortable. I have difficulty with my feet, but found I can wear this for hours without pain. Also, because I have narrow feet, I was surprised at the great fit. I will probably order the same shoe in another color!

Beautiful shoe, very comfortable, but not a true narrow. I would need to add inserts to get this shoe to fit.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Naturalizer provides truly narrow shoes/sandals.

I love my Softwalks! They look great with pants or skirt. I can wear them all day and they never pinch my toes. The only thing I don’t like is that the center piece on the top of the shoe is off center. I never had a pair of Soft Walks that I didn’t love. They are so worth the money. They are true to size. I bought the black, but would buy them in every color.

This is a well-made shoe, cute and comfortable. However the back strap was too long for me, and because there is no buckle to adjust, I could not keep this shoe.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company.
