I found the SoftWalk shoe to be very comfortable. I ordered my true size in the sandal, but needed a half size bigger in the loafer and SoftWalk boots.

I have a very hard foot to fit: wide toe box and high arch. These are padded on the insoles and fit like a glove. Love the styling, too.

Pretty and comfortable. I have a slim foot and this shoe fits really well in the narrow, so for normal foot might run a little on the narrow side.

this shoe is extremely confortable. I have flat feet,a slight bunion and I need a little more heel to feel better. The toe ring stops your foot from sliding further in the shoe and the ring is just above the bunion area. cushioning is wonderful. Just get a half size larger than your normal size -- you will love them. \r\n

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I even bought a second pair just to have them when the first ones wear out because I wear them so much! Even though the wedge heel is a little high, they are so comfy I wore them on a trip through the airport and my feet were fine after walking from one end of Denver airport to the other twice. Definitely would recommend any SoftWalk shoe, their padding is exquisite!

Be careful!
I've bought countless shoes on Zappos and have also made countless returns (thank you Zappos!). With wide feet - and knee problems - I've been forced to consider alternative styles of shoes. Can't go with the "cool" looking ones all the time. Heels have been very difficult to find. This toe sandal seemed to give me a little style, a little heel, and boasted of comfort at the same time! I thought I hit gold. When I got the shoes, I was first disappointed that the buckle is not actually a buckle. Upon closer look, one could say you can tell that in the pictures, but from first viewing, who would think that it wasn't a buckle? Anyway, lost the option to tighten the strap across the top of the foot. Bit of a bummer from the start. Looked at them for a week after that - debating on whether or not I was going to keep them. Walked through the house in them. They felt comfortable - and actually look very nice. Two days ago I decided they were "keepers" - put them on and headed out to show some homes in Chicago. After an hour or so I could not believe how uncomfortable these things were. Your foot doesn't stay straight in them when you walk. It feels like they turn a little and your heel isn't in the center as you step down (perhaps because of the toe strap - but I've been wearing toe straps for years and not had this problem). Also, the balance is AWFUL. If you need soft shoes because of ortho problems - don't buy these. You'll break a bone walking in them. I've had heels this shape before (Dr. Scholl’s makes a lot of them) - but these seem more difficult to walk in. The slightest bump, rock, crack in any surface you're walking on can lead to a twisted ankle. (This happened to me twice within the three hours I had them on.) Finally, the footbed seems to be really cushy at first, but within a few hours, I swore I felt something below it that was not soft at all! And, they make a squishy sound when you walk. All in all - very bad purchase on my part. I feel like I threw my money away. Back to Earth shoes and Birkie's for me!

Love SoftWalk shoes. I have a pair of clogs that have been from Alaska to England. Soooo comfortable. Bought the Mariangelas sandals for that reason. Was not disappointed. At 5'10 tall and a size 12, Zappos has been magical for me.

These Soft Mariangela shoes are the best! I bought two pairs (black and brown) before a recent trip to Europe. (Zappos was wonderful - I ordered the wrong size, and they went above and beyond to get the next size to me before I left for my trip!) These were so comfortable that I didn't wear any other shoes that I brought with me for the trip! I wear these almost exclusively. The heel height is perfect for both casual and more dressy looks, and they feel so soft and cushiony. I've worn Danskos, Eccos, you name it, but these are the best. The look is stylish and pretty on my feet. Lots of times, I love the way a shoe looks on someone else, but when I get them on my big feet, they may not look as great, but these did. Now I just hope that I can find a great style in the Softwalks for winter, as well!

Awesome shoes! Comfortable, supportive and they look very cute on your feet. Moderate height lengthens your legs which is a plus. Extremely comfortable. My feet tend to sweat in the summer and these soles keep my feet totally dry. I came back and bought a second pair - you will love the fit and look.

I love Softwalks. This is the third pair I have bought and each one is well made, fits beautifully and is very comfortable. I wear them every day to work with absolutely no trouble. The small heel gives me badly needed additional height but is very stable. I have gotten many compliments on them! As you can see I could go on and on with nothing bad to say. Also, Zappos.com rocks!

The shoes are very comfortable, but run small and narrow. It took me 3 tries before I found the size that fit. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes Zappos to refund your money on returned shoes (2 plus weeks!). The free and quick shipping is great.

These shoes were very comfortable right out of the box. I did not wear them anywhere as I returned them. The "buckle" is a suede cut-out and I felt it made the shoes look cheap. Would be much cuter with a real buckle.

This is an interesting yet disappointing little shoe. Disappointing because even though it is extremely soft and comfortable, I found I had to return it. The heel of the shoe, at its base, becomes very narrow and made my foot feel very unstable. If you do not have extremely strong ankles, I would avoid this shoe - an ankle twisting waiting to happen!

I love these sandals. They are one of the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn. They are very cushy and comfortable. The size runs a little bit snug, but still quite comfortable. Suggest you perhaps a half size larger. Especially if your feet tend to get a little swollen.

I wore my Softwalk Mariangela's on a trip to New York City. They were comfortable, but I couldn't keep up with my husband. If you're going to NY make sure you wear a good pair of sneakers.

Love these shoes. This was my first experience with SoftWalk and will be back for more. The search for narrow shoes is difficult and this style of SoftWalk is a true narrow. The length was also right-on. Very comfortable. The service with Zappos can't be beat.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box; no break in period at all. I haven't worn anything higher than a loafer for some time, but these did not cause me any problems at all. Love 'em; even wore them on a transatlantic liner crossing and never even swayed.

Footbed is too soft for words! Perfect for my 6-block "office-to-train" walk in the spring/summer as the shoe works with both skirts & slacks. When I opened the box, I was a bit disappointed that the foot strap was not adjustable (it appears to be in the pic and that is REALLY why I bought this particular shoe), but it turned out to be a good fit for me anyway. Cool, comfy shoe. Will check out more of this line for future purchases.

I was so pleased to receive my new sandals in just 3 days. I have never worn a more comfortable sandal. And... having rheumatoid arthritis, walking in these is a pleasure. They run very true to size, both width and length. I plan to be a regular customer of Zappos.

I have a neuroma on my left foot and the ball of my foot hurts like heck, even in my Danskos sometimes. These shoes are heavenly, but run very small. I wear 9 or 40 and had to order 9.5.

I have been very happy with these sandals and wear them almost every day. They are as comfortable as flip flops, but better for walking. I am considering buying a second pair in a different color. It is hard to tell from the photos, but the "buckle" is just decorative, not real. I would prefer stiffer leather for better support, and I am not a fan of suede, but overall, I think these are great.

Shoes look great on and are super comfortable. I have a medium width foot, ordered a size 8 and found them to be true to size. I have worn these walking around big warehouse type stores with concrete floors & felt no foot, knee or hip pain. Great to have comfort and fashion all rolled into one great pair of shoes.
