Birthday present for Grandma. She loves these shoes! She wore them all day and into the evening with no discomfort! And fab style, too. Length and width are true to size. Helles rock!

Ordered this pair to go with my dark cocoa gown for my son's wedding. It arrived earlier than I anticipated because of Zappos, as usual, superb service. Lovely sandal. Runs in Euro size. Ordered my size. Arrived and was about 2 sizes too small. So, I called Zappos to arrange for a replacement. Lady with customer service was fantastic. Arranged a VIP delivery of the replacement pair as I sent the original pair back for credit. This pair fit, a size larger than the others and a size I have never worn. But once I got to walking around in them to try them out, the heel was just too narrow and I was afraid of falling in them. So, these, too will be sent back for return.

As with all the shoes I have purchased from Zappos, these are more beautiful than the picture and I am happy to report, they are the first shoes that are not adjustable that fit me width wise.

Shoes arrived next day with Zappos usual fantastic service. Gorgeous shoes, nearly works of art, unfortunately I could not wear them as it felt like there was no support for my foot, especially through the heel and the non-adjustable straps were a bit loose for my foot so I really felt like on an uneven surface I could sprain my ankle. Too bad, I really wanted these shoes to work for me.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
