Disappointed - I was very disappointed in the robustness of the shoe. After a week, the heels and soles had multiple dings that revealed the white plastic underneath.

I thought these shoes would be perfect to wear to work with nice skirts or even dress pants but found them uncomfortable to even try on. My pinkie toe was mashed by the straps and my heel came up in the back with each step. I love Sudini so I was quite disappointed to send them back, especially since they were so cute!

Best of both worlds -
It's so hard to find a shoe that combines comfort and is stylish and dressy. This shoe has it all. I plan to wear this shoe to a Country Club Spring Luncheon where I will be on my feet more than my seat. I'm confident the shoes and I both will hold up well.

 |  | Didn’t know where to send a note to the full staff so I’m putting it here. I haven’t shopped Zappos for a few years (how many Birkies can one gal wear at a time)! I’ve hunted and hunted for boots. Not much call for tall boots in the Phoenix area, but the styles changed this year so I wanted to get with it. I hate going to stores so I tried the internet, thought I found gold, but ended up returning because they were too loose or too tall or too short. The light bulb went off and I came back to Zappos and they had calf and height measurements listed - what a brilliant idea!!! I found black suede and grey leather and I had them at my front door a day later! How much better could it get: both pairs fit!!! Please post this for all employees so they can know their efforts are very much appreciated... you all could teach the rest of the corporate world how it should be done.
